I went to Wyndham Smokey Mountains with 6 other family members and we will be definitely coming back. I loved it so much! The resort was lovely and my terrace overlooked the beautiful landscaping and view of the smokey mountains. The staff was very friendly and the unit we stayed in (3 bedroom 2 bath) was spacious and well decorated... More

This is a great place to stay, we stayed in a one bedroom deluxe room, had a full kitchen with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need, had indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub relatively close, room was big, balcony had great view of mountains, I would have given it a rating of 5 but it... We've stated twice now for over a week each time. I've never been more comfortable. We didn't even use the pool park or other things in the resort but it's super close to everything and anything else you could ever want to do while visiting the smokey's. I've never experienced a better stay.

Nice resort for people with kids. Very noisy, so if your expecting peace and quiet, go somewhere else. We stayed 5 days and upstairs must have a herd of elephants and at times we thought they were gonna come through the ceiling.

Resort was awesome, nice rooms, nice views, everything we wanted. Bed was soft worn out? Not comfortable at all! Some of the on site activities were nice also. We saw a brief preview of the parrot mountain birds, several live birds there. Girls went to play bingo one day.

Building 23 across street, right beside outdoor pool and hot tub.(and indoor pool). Great view of the mountains and the main road into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We were already RCI members... the sales staff were not pushy in anyway shape or form. Great location with access to main drag to get... More

Overall we liked our time at the resort. Check in was ok, not overly friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom that was adequate for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and rooms were fine. Kitchen was fine but I would agree that they could use a few more utensils, and liked having washer/dryer in unit, but the dryer... More

The units were nice, the resort employees were nice. The resort has two indoor and two outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, playground, picnic/BBQ areas and a small Arcade/game room. There wasn't many daily activities because we came on a slow week in January, However, it wasn't too bad because we were out most... More

In the past 15 years we have stayed at many hotels, and B&B in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forger area. This was the first time we'd ever stayed at the Wyndham Smokey Mountains. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else ever again. From on line reservation, and telephone conversations with the front desk staff, to check out everything was excellent, or... More

A friend of mine was kind enough to allow me use of one of his spare bedrooms in the Wyndham resort during the Wilderness Wildlife Week event. Our stay was from Sat-Sat, Jan. 25-Feb.1, 2014. We wound up in the 1400 building in room 1448, a two-bedroom unit. The condo was nicely furnished, and although some minor wear-and-tear is showing,... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay during the Wilderness Wildlife Week event. It sounds like the unit amenities provided everything you needed. We apologize you had to spend even a minute of your vacation dealing with some maintenance issues such as the light bulbs and electrical outlets. We will... More
