My wife and I spent seven days at this resort and was very pleased. The resort is clean and the staff is extremely friendly going out of their way to make sure your stay was nothing but the best. We saw three shows on site at a cost of $14 each for the both of us. The shows were very... More

We booked Wyndham through a Groupon and had a great experience. Wonderful accommodations, clean, updated, very nice! Very relaxing. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating, was due to the fact that it was quite a process getting checked in! I'm not sure if Wyndham has such an extensive check-in process for their other resorts but it... More

If you have children with you, this is a real crowd pleaser. It rained Two days of our vacation and the kids cheered because of the indoor water park and other indoor activities. They weren't really looking forward to any more time in the car looking at the mountains. There is plenty to do for all ages. It's easy for... More

After standing in line for 20 minutes to check in we were quite pleased when we got to our unit. The rooms were large, clean, and in great shape. The only drawback to our unit was that it was located directly across from the maintenance building so we had to deal with increased noise and workers parking where they shouldn't.... More

I rented a 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. Great location for people who don't want to be in the middle of all the traffic. The condo was clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. I do not personally recommend a timeshare and I did not stay here using a timeshare. I rented this condo on... More

Everything was the typical time share Wyndham! Check in process, everything. Room was the usual large, nicely appointed room. The carpet was filthly, the beds old, and linens in rough shape! She cleaning people weren't very thorough. There were bits of paper towls on the floor of both bathrooms. You know like the ones that fall off when you use... More

Recently stayed at Wyndham as an exchange thru RCI. The check in counter was extremely busy and we had to stand in line for a few minutes. Parking around the check in area is also crowded and seems small for the numbers. The room itself was a on a lower level and did not have a view. That was a... More

I stayed at this resort in a one bedroom suite. The room is best suited for two adults although four would fit. There is no balcony or patio and it has a mini kitchen which was perfectly fine. The room was clean and well appointed. Only small complaint is that walls are super thin so expect to hear your neighbors.... More

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff can be a racists though- BE WARNED!! The staff that were racist were reported and supposedly were re-trained. Other than ignorant staff the place was clean, safe and accommodating. There is a .50 trolley that runs in the front and works well in Sevierville and Gatlinburg traffic. The shuttle on the... More

This is the worst place I have stayed while in the mountains! Poor checkin service. No information given about the facility and where to find pools ect. Internet and tv out most of the time. Tub and several other fixtures broken. Light bulbs blown or not working. Room dirty, dusty. One room even had a spider web in a corner.... More
