Recently stayed at Wyndham as an exchange thru RCI. The check in counter was extremely busy and we had to stand in line for a few minutes. Parking around the check in area is also crowded and seems small for the numbers. The room itself was a on a lower level and did not have a view. That was a... More

I stayed at this resort in a one bedroom suite. The room is best suited for two adults although four would fit. There is no balcony or patio and it has a mini kitchen which was perfectly fine. The room was clean and well appointed. Only small complaint is that walls are super thin so expect to hear your neighbors.... More

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff can be a racists though- BE WARNED!! The staff that were racist were reported and supposedly were re-trained. Other than ignorant staff the place was clean, safe and accommodating. There is a .50 trolley that runs in the front and works well in Sevierville and Gatlinburg traffic. The shuttle on the... More

This is the worst place I have stayed while in the mountains! Poor checkin service. No information given about the facility and where to find pools ect. Internet and tv out most of the time. Tub and several other fixtures broken. Light bulbs blown or not working. Room dirty, dusty. One room even had a spider web in a corner.... More

We traded our RCI week for this vacation, and are we ever glad we did. We really had a nice vacation. Everything that was supposed to be done, was done. Check in went really smooth, we got tickets to 3 different shows, did some sightseeing. There were lots of units in our building, and there was an elevator, which was... More

Our check-in experience was a disaster, as it must have been for those checking in at the same time. Units weren't ready and some were waiting hours for a room. But the staff tried their best to be pleasant. It was purely mismanagement. Then, on the first morning, we were contacted about being in the unit to "receive our gifts."... More

We used our RCI points to trade into this unit. The staff all around were very pleasant and were anxious to help in any way. Check-in was easy and quick but we had to ask how to get to the unit. Since there are many units here and across the street this could be a difficult task. Minor complaint is... More

The resort is beautiful. Activities are second to none if that is your thing. We prefer sightseeing and learning about the area and culture. We did play miniature golf last night watching the sun set and waiting for the Super moon and were not disappointed with either! We had a 1 bedroom and it was large. Cleaning left a bit... More

My family went here in 2006 when our daughter was an infant. My daughter loved the outdoor playground & we all loved the suite! After looking at all the traveler photos & information on ammenities & local attractions, I am so excited about our trip in a month. One of our friends coming with us has an special needs child... We loved our 7 days at the Wyndham Smoky Mountains. Prior to visiting Dollywood I suggest breakfast at the Millhouse in Pigeon Forge and park at the Patriot Park. Ribs at Calhouns were ok if you've never had ribs from the Rib Shack in Galesburg,IL. Go horseback riding at the Smoky Mnt. Stable. Nearby is the Mingus Mill which actually... More
