Just got back from Wyndom Smoky Mountains & had a great time. We spent several mornings doing the activities at the resort (crafts for the kids, pampering for the adults) before hitting the area in the afternoon. Ate several meals on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view of the mountains. Liked the trolley stop at the entrance. You can get... more

My husband and I booked a 3 bedroom deluxe for the week of may 31-june7th. Check in was easy as usual. First let me get to my complaints: For a 3 bedroom deluxe there are only 2 parking spaces allowed. We had 3 cars all coming from separate places. When we enquired about getting another space, they told us someone... more

We stay in the Smokies at least twice a year and are very familiar with the area. This is the first time we've stayed at a Wyndham resort and found it lacking compared to our other experiences. There are what seems to be a million units all crammed onto a poorly landscaped hillside with a four lane road running right... more

We were traveling through and only got to spend 2 nights here, but we are looking forward to going back again soon. The resort was great; the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. more

The location was great, close to town but yet far enough back from the main road that it was peaceful. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe and it was really nice. The furnishings were made from logs and the unit had everything we needed. The staff was very nice. The only thing we did not like was the putt-putt golf. It... more

unit is clean, and nice sized. service needs improvement at check in desk and housekeeping is non existent if you require it once you check in. the view is nice and the landscaping is very lovely. pool outdoor was a nice size and clean. kind of far from Smokies though. more

We stayed here for Spring Break with our three kids, ages 14, 12 & 8. We arrived at 5:00 am for a 4pm check-in on Sunday morning. We'd arrived early to avoid a snowstorm in Chicago and weren't sure what to do with ourselves given our early arrival. But we decided to stop at the check-in anyways and see what... more

My family and I stayed here in February of 2009 for 1 week, and did have a wonderful time. Employees were very helpful and always smiling. Lots to do in the activities department, even in the "slow" season, which we love by the way, not too many crowds to fight during this time of year. There was so much room... more

We went to this resort over the Christmas holiday. We have been here before in the summer and liked it so much we wanted to try Tenn out for Christmas. We stayed in the units behind the main check in building and were able to walk back and forth to the pool. The pool stayed opened until 11pm and since... more
