This motel was recently sold and the new owners do not care about customers. There was no hot water in the morning and when we called, they did nothing to fix it and said too many people were showering at the same time and that we were the only room. Later I found out no one had hot water in... More

Horrible experience! Mattress had spots, stains in the bathroom. When my toilet overflowed, I called the front desk, and the rude woman, said well no one is here to fix it and I have a customer in front of me, so there is nothing I can do now. Ok so I wait, and go downstairs to get an update (meanwhile... More

The hotel is in a very convenient location. We stayed in a 1st floor room. We did have two beds and the rooms were very large. I did like the breakfast that was offered. The rooms seemed to be clean and the water was very hot in the showers. I could tell that they bought all the furnishings for the... More

My wife and two grand daughters stayed here for a few days in November. Luckily, I had read the reviews and asked for a balcony on the top floor overlooking the mountains. This was some view! We found the room and bathroom clean and the staff were wonderful. This hotel really is a bargain, "if" you get a balcony on... More

The hotel staff was very friendly and they offered an above average breakfast. I agree with another reviewer in that the room was a bit outdated, but it seemed clean. It is not a bad value for the price.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary recently, which falls during the holidays, and happened updating upon this facility. It was great for us. The staff was all on the ball from housekeeping to the breakfast area and the front desk, especially Sierra. The location was perfect for our trip as they were conveniently located between the Parkway and Veterans, this... More

My husband purchased a 2 night stay through "The Fish" radio for $125.00. We decided to use this for his birthday. I wanted to make things special so I upgraded to a King Jacuzzi suite ($67.00). So on average our room was about $100 per night. The staff was friendly. The outside and lobby was very nice! I was excited... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here after the Hampton messed up out reservations! Everything was neat, the rooms were well kept, but the service was really good! Cierra at the desk was most courteous and had great advice about the local sites and hotspots! She even helped my girlfriend locate a pharmacy with medicine for her son. Overall, a pleasant... More

We had always stayed at the Resort at Governor's Crossing but thought we would try the Governor's Inn which is directly in front of the Resort. Big mistake! The website pics and exterior of the hotel are very deceiving. The place looks very nice from the outside but it's what is on the inside that sent my system into shock. I felt like I had warped back to the 70's. It was so dated that the whole room felt filthy. The beds are so low to the ground... More
