I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel for what we paid for 3 nights stay ($402.25). The hotel was humid and smelly upon entering. The rooms are very much outdated with very poor amentities. The shampoo expiration date was expired, the soap was terrible, and I guess it is good there was no lotion provided. You had... More

I was very impressed with the helpful nature of the staff. Especially Jenn on the check-in desk. In spite of being busy with check-ins, she was courteous and made us feel that we were so welcome. The lobby area was teaming with people, yet was in very good order. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was tasty! Thank you... More

We stayed a couple of nights in one of the 2nd floor King Jacuzzi rooms with a semi-private balcony.. Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering the room, we inspected the bedding and other areas for any bugs. No signs of any kind of bugs. And as many other reviewers have previously stated, the rooms are a bit dated (tv's,... Thank you for your review. The entire staff is so pleased to know that you were very satisfied with your stay and that you enjoyed the jacuzzi suite. The housekeeping staff works very hard to ensure that our guests have clean, comfortable rooms. It great to hear that even though we had several groups in house, you had a quiet,... More

The room we reserved was supposed to have a private balcony. We do have a window with a view of the back parking lot, no balcony. The room is awkwardly set up, very standard, not exactly clean, and very outdated. It's not warm or inviting. Most upsetting was the need to wear my flip flops from shower to bed, because... More

We spent 3 days there and found the room to be dated but clean. We loved the breakfast but the service was not overly friendly. We would not stay there again. We found it to be too touristy and the traffic in the area was awful.

Thank you for being our guest. The entire staff works very hard to provide our guests with clean, comfortable rooms. We are glad that you enjoyed breakfast items, but apologize that you did not find breakfast service to be up to par. Your comment will definitely be used for a training opportunity for the breakfast staff. Pigeon Forge/Sevierville is a... More

There were reviews that complained of bed bugs. We had none in our room, but cannot speak for others. A traveling housekeeping woman named Nichole, who happened to be ending her shift, was extremely helpful. We missed housekeeping that day and she stayed long enough to get us extra towels and coffee. This hotel has a great staff and I... More

Not exactly happy that we had a room with bed bugs. We stayed 8-30/9-1 We actually killed one took one on a piece of paper to the desk clerk and she down played it. A very nice hotel up a hill off the main road and a great value. Quiet considering the hotel was full for the Labor day weekend. Sits in walking distance to a few restaurants, shopping mall, and a few attractions such as go carting and a great little zoo!
