If you're looking for a basic camper in a nice campground with a nice pool & rec area with concessions this is the place for you. Convenient to Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, Townsend & the great smaoky mountains. Entertainment abounds plentiful within half an hour. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We stayed in "really camping" but our boys are... More

Camped here twice in r.v. Staff was friendly and helpful on phone. The sites are large and private. Know before you go; there is not a bathhouse. Also the pool is open to the public - lots of kids. There were several adults smoking poolside.

We arrived on Friday Oct. 24th at about 3:30ish. We were greeted by Amanda. One of the questions we asked was about the heating, and Amanda said that there was gas heat. Later on we would find a space heater, which we weren't told about it and found it too late! We leave and go to the camper, unpack the... More

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Nice, well kept, LARGE sites. Water, sewage, cable and 30 amp and 50 amp hook-up sites with picnic table and fire ring and free wifi. The staff was great. The location is about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge area which I like because it was really quiet and relaxing, but we could head over into town... More

This is a great RV park. We actually store our RV here and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The front office is so nice and helpful each and every time. There is a nice seasonal pool, fishing pond, wifi, cable, daily curb trash pickup, full hookups, amazingly spacious sites and fabulous location. On second thought maybe I shouldn't share this... The campground is easy to get to with super great service. The sites are huge and somewhat shady. The mountain views at the upper sites are beautiful. The pool sparkles with a snack bar with every item imaginable on the menu. Curbside trash puck up everyday and cable is included. I wish it were on a river, but still an... More

My husband, two kids, and I stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We had a wonderful stay! The campground is off the beaten path about 10 minutes down Wears Valley Road. Our site was in the smaller loop close to the pool and fishing pond. The pool has a snack bar, which is nice. The campground is... More

We stayed her from May 2012 to November 2012. It is true, the sites are quite large, prices are fair, in summer months there is a lovely pool, and sites are full hook up including cable tv and wifi. There are no planned activities but who has time anyhow with the National park so close! I have seen rv parks... More

We stayed here over the 4th of july for two nights. It is a wonderful and quiet country setting with the biggest sites I have seen in any RV park. It is set back off of the main road so there is little road noise. Full hookups with over 90 channels on cable tv, WI-FI signal was good and even... More

I made reservations for labor day weekend over a month ago. Today, I was removed from my hand picked reserved site because a "long term" camper wanted the same site. I was offered the choice of a less desirable site or cancellation. I opted to cancel. It's a shame because we are local campers, multiple repeat visitors, and have referred... More
