Stayed at Oak Haven Resort this week. In Cabin 43. It was decorated really nice. Like the 50's. Had a Juke Box which if it worked played the oldies. It wasn't working when we stayed which was disappointing. But the people that own the cabin did a good job with the decorations. It had a pool table and a arcade... more

Trip Advisor once again did not lead us astray. Oak Haven is everything that previous reviews have mentioned and more. We stayed in cabin 61 after receiving a free upgrade. The view from this cabin is one of the best in the resort. We came for the wilderness, the hiking in the park and the beauty of the mountains and... more

We are just home from a wonderful week at Oak Haven. My husband chose the spot - I was prepared to hate the area since I really don't like "touristy" type places. This was our first stay and our first trip to the area. Oak Haven is beautiful - well thought out and very well maintained. We stayed in cabin... more

We loved the National Park (of course) and the local attractions (horseback riding, whitewater rafting, Dollywood and Splash Country, etc.), but coming home every day to this cabin (number 51) made the trip for us. Clean, well-appointed, wireless internet, huge televisions, a spa and two whirlpool tubs, pool and ping-pong tables, arcade machines, a set of comfortable beds and a... more

My husband wanted to surprise me with a couple of nights here to celebrate our anniversary. We have stayed here several times before so we know what to expect in terms of cleanliness, pricing, etc. My husband advised the front desk staff that this trip was a surprise and they helped him keep me in the dark about the trip.... more

We had our family reunion at Oak Haven Resort and could not have been more pleased with our choice The cabins were very clean, well stocked and very comfortable for large groups of people. The resort is well maintained and managed. Requests were honored in a very timely manner and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We found the... more

We stayed in cabin 35. It is very comfortable and well equiped. Only, there were no curtains in the upstairs bedroom and the mattresses were not very supportive. There is a nice game room (but some of the games need some maintenance) and a nice pool. It is a bit far from the National Park and it takes at least... more

A friend of mine wanted a "Girls" trip where we could go, relax and get some massages. I searched the internet for LUXUARY SPA and found Oak Haven Resort & Spa. The pictures on the website were fine and the information appeared to be what we wanted. Decision made, we are going to Oak Haven. We called and made the... more

This is our second visit to Oak Haven Resort and everything has been incredible both times. We have stayed in other cabins in the Smoky Mountain area several times, but in my opinion this is by far the best of them all. The staff has always been so friendly and made us feel like we are VIP guests. On this... more
