We stayed at the wilderness a few weeks ago and had a blast. There was so much to do and my kids were never bored. Our room was very clean and so was the hotel. There was so much to do and not enough time to do it all. I can't wait to go back and have already have booked... More

The facilities were wonderful. The indoor waterpark was incredible for an early spring get away. There was so much to do for every age. The boys were completely worn out after the second full day in the water and playing in the Adventure Park area. Lots of fun. There was one very negative part of this vacation destination. In order... More

I stayed here for 3 days during Spring Break. My sons had a marvelous time. The bunkbed suite was fantastic. We ate at the breakfast buffet one morning and its free for kids, with the exception of drinks. Breakfast still ran over $38.00 but it was a nice breakfast with made to order omeletes. We will be back to the... More

We loved the small and medium sized water parks. What we didn't like was the noisy room. It seemed like people were bowling above and next to our room. The room was very nicely decorated, well maintained and clean. The service was not so great. The room was always being cleaned as late as 5pm and we ordered room service... More

When we made reservations at the Wilderness at the Smokies Resort in Sevierville, TN, we chose a room that was described as Queen Murphy Deluxe. This turned out to be the biggest travel mistake we’ve made in many years. The room was quite narrow with half of the room dedicated to a full size kitchen and half dedicated to a... More

The food at the Thirsty Miner was overcooked. The wing sections were tough & barely chewable. The staff could smile sometimes. Most acted as though they were forced to be there & generally looked unhappy & bored out of their minds. The young ladies at the mini golf were (on 4/13 in the A.M.) very friendly & helpful. The mattresses... More

Lot of bang for your buck at this hotel since it includes entrance to waterpark with your room reservation. Waterpark is fairly large and has a variety of slides, pools, and features. There are multiple restaurants and shops (the coffee shop is especially good). There is also an arcade, ropes course, laser tag, and mini golf, but these are not... More

The waterpark is great and the kids loved it. However, the service and food are terrible. None of the staff know anything about the park. Front desk is a joke. We were billed incorrectly and charged twice for everything. Could be a great place but definetly needs new management!
