Read several reviews that did not sound very good, we stayed here for a week for my granddaughter's dance competition. I also have 3 grandsons, ages 1 and 5. They had a blast, so great to just go downstairs, let them play in the waterpark, go back and rest, eat, go somewhere and then come back and they could go... More

Since we were staying in Tennessee our first night of the road trip, we booked a room here as it seemed like something fun for the whole family. We arrived early and checked in at noon-the room was ready. Since we stayed the Stone Hill Lodge, we checked out the water park there. It is very small but our daughter... More

The kids brought friends and had a fun time. They loved the string maze thing in the ceiling. That was an extra purchase though. My only complaint is that we had three adjoining rooms To accommodate 15 people--the room with a queen bed, twin/full bunk combo was super tiny. There was only enough room to walk in front of the... Reservations made in January with special requests, none of which were honored. Room service was poor and we had to call for several things. Requirement for swim diapers was not enforced. On day of checkout room service was knocking on the door at 9:00 but all other days, it was after noon before room was serviced.

We stayed here for 2 days before moving to our mountain top cabin. Overall, it is okay, but could improve on some things to match the cost ($250+ per night) The good - 1. Our kiddos loved the water parks and other stuff to do. Arcade, climbing wall, etc. 2. We stayed in the building adjacent to the indoor park... More

Had a great time here. My 4 kids had a great time at the waterparks. Something for everyone to do. Rooms where nice the ax unit is a little load but overall a nice stay. We will be back. The kids loved it

First day of our week vacation has started out crappy.. Got to our room had a terrible odor could not stay in there. They did nothing for us except move us to a building far away from the pool where I requested way before check in. Will never stay here again. Hopefully it will get better, but I doubt it.

We had a great time. Meals were not overpriced and food wasn't bad. Indoor and outdoor waterpark was great. Coupon book had great deals, so make sure you use it. I'm notorious for never looking at it.

This is a great place for adults and children. It is so much fun. Lots of different rides, slides, and arcade, restaurant, and swimming pools. There is something for everyone. Seems very safe for children. The "All stay" pass allows kids to do lots of the extra things for minimal cost. I would recommend staying 1 to 2 days. There... More

The Wilderness was a very clean, well-kept hotel. It's a little distance from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but it was nice to come back to a quiet, calm place every night. And front desk staff gave us helpful advice on all the good attractions and restaurants to visit during our stay.
