We stayed in spite of the numerous negative remarks written about the resort. We are so happy we decided to take a chance. Not only do they have clean and beautiful accomodations but also all the needed ammentites for a great week end without ever leaving. I have stayed twice. Great fun for family. Spend the extra money and get the kitchen. You will save money in the long run by not having to eat out. more

my stay at wilderness was awsome i went with my mom and a friend and we loved the waterpark the slides were awsome we walked outside it wus 40 degresswent back in it wus 80 i loved it and the food wus good we ate at the buffet it wusnt very cheap though i loved my stay more

First, getting up there if Sevierville is North of where you live- Take 441 through Great Smoky mtn park, but only on a weekday because you'll have to pass through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The rooms and facilities in the hotel were very clean. The view wasn't great and the location was a little far out from the shops and most restaurants. Didn't visit the waterpark while there, but it looked very cool. Probably an excellent hotel for families with kids that like waterparks. Overall, happy with our stay. more
