The hotel and workers were super friendly. The best time to eat at the hotel is breakfast, the best grits ever! Don't waste your money eating at the lunch or dinner buffet, it's over priced and the food in subpar. I would like to see the technology upgraded to where I don't have to carry my room and wallet around... More

First the good: Our family had a great time. Our kids had a blast on the water slides, the wave pool, and the lazy river. The service was good-but then we didn't really need anything. Checkin isn't till 4-but you can be there at 10 to "early" check-in & then go play in the park. Then you get a text... More

My wife, three kids and I stayed here for our short trip to the mountains. The check-in process was prompt and painless. The room (suite for all five us) looked great and more importantly it was clean. The kids enjoyed the use of the waterslides several times during our stay. The slides were exciting enough that the two teenagers liked... More

This is a great place for families looking for a getaway that doesn't involve much planning. Having indoor/outdoor waterparks on the property as well as multiple places to eat and enjoy takes a lot of the guess work out and allows for a little relaxing. Wonderful place for all day fun especially for the kids.

While we booked last minute, and was so happy to have a room, we sat and watched them book several other large families while they stuck us in a two queen suite. Not hardly big enough for a family of 6 plus small infant needing a pack and play! Over the course of our stay we called numerous times asking... More

We booked 2 months early and requested a poolside balcony room. We got a parking lot view instead for the same price. Apparently when you make your reservation, you are not locking in a room but a room type(would have been nice to know that upfront). Rooms are not assigned until night before. Interesting that is inside of the 24... More

We are really not waterpark people, though we thought we would give this a shot. It is a really nice hotel, but check in at 4pm and check out at 11am does not give you enough time, we arrived early to have to change in the bathrooms because you cannot get in your rooms yet, so we felt homeless. We... More

We have visited this location several times and here are a list of problems this hotel continues to have: 1) Beds are like stone, plan on having back issues when you leave. We had to go out and buy air mattresses this past time. Pleaded with the management to help but they refused to offer any solutions other than send... More

Stayed one night and spent two days at the water park. We had a great room, staff was friendly, food was good! Kids loved the water park. The lifeguards were great - all kids got ample opportunity to participate in the Surf Rider even though the park was busy. Plan to stay again! After some of the reviews I read,... More

Stayed one night and spent two days at the park. Had the one bedroom deluxe. Room was small in bedroom area. Pull down bed and queen in bedroom were very uncomfortable. Bottle of aquafina water offered in room for $3.99!!???? The park itself was nice, Rides were fun, lines not too long. Food offerings poor. Walked what felt like a... More
