This was our first time coming to the Wilderness at the Smokies. My kids and I had a great time. Lots of things for us to do. The food was a little pricey but you can always leave the property and go to nearby Pigeon Forge to save some money. The room was clean. The only complaint was the sleeper... More

Good: The water parks are so much fun ! Kids have an excellent time here. Rooms are clean and have working fridge, microwave and flat screen tv, as well as a coffee maker. Kitchen is decent size and h has a huge family dining table. Shuttle service to the other water park across the street, and didn't have to wait... More

A friend and I met here to visit on the lazy river. We had a great time!! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. Very nice balcony although the view of the parking lot was not ideal. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. They also had an extra line in the shower for... More

The value for the money is unmatchable! The staff is friendly and very quick with any requests. The room was clean and even the smell in the building was great, (rustic lodge smell). My children thoroughly enjoyed themselves every moment and were exhausted afterwards! Great value for a family with little means. I brought a family of 7 for two... More

I thought this would be a cheap knock-off of Great Wolf (which also isn't perfect) but we were pleasantly surprised. The outdoor area was best--long water slldes and an awesome lazy river, two "beaches" and cabanas you could rent. Inside were two "kiddie" water areas with the big bucket that dumps on cue, the wave pool, and the place where... More

Very pricey, but very fun. The kids loved it! It was clean and the decor was very nice. The staff was friendly. We didn't leave the resort the whole time we were there. We did bring our own food, the restaurants were expensive even though the kids eat free. It was a little warm at the inside water park. But... More

We stayed just 2 days ago for 4 days. The rooms are nice but small. They are ok on the cleaning. All the staff was nice but there are always a few bad apples nothing to make you to mad. Water park was great and so was the arcade. Food is way way to expensive for the quality, at all... More

Way overpriced. Housekeeping issues. Children running in the halls all hours of the night. Food was not good at all. We felt like we were at a giant WalMart. We did notice plenty of lifeguards though. View from our balcony was nice. My son and I enjoyed painting pottery.

The waterparks were so much fun and the accommodations were wonderful! All the employees were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The check-in and check-out went very quickly. The grandkids loved the water slides and spent the whole day going from one park to another. The food in the restaurants was delicious and the prices were... More

The hotel and workers were super friendly. The best time to eat at the hotel is breakfast, the best grits ever! Don't waste your money eating at the lunch or dinner buffet, it's over priced and the food in subpar. I would like to see the technology upgraded to where I don't have to carry my room and wallet around... More
