It's a beautiful hotel, both on the inside and out. The location is convenient to both Gatlinburg (15 mins) and Pidgeon Forge (5 mins). We took a 2-night trip with all the grandparents and had booked 3 rooms. The staff was very helpful, and managed to get us 3 rooms in a row, on the first floor.
