The owners are very attentive to the maintenance of this property. It is a typical '60s era car-motel, that has been kept up. new carpet, paint, . Cable and internet are free.. It is 5 miles south of Athens TN with big-box store shopping and chain restaurants there. Weekly rates make it a deal.
