Loved it! We are going to make this a yearly retreat. Ms Wendy is the most hospitable hostess that I've ever meet and Mr John is a wonderful host himself. The rooms are very nice and clean. If you wish to have a nice, peaceful get away this is the place. Highly recommended! Thank you for treating us like family.... More

This place is the most beautiful place I bern to since going to Tennessee! The people are so nice and friendly. Made my whole family feel at home! I have and will keep telling everyone I know how great this place is! Everytime I go to Tennessee this will be my home away from home! They are like family!

We had a wonderful 50th class reunion for 64 classmates and spouses at the Donoho. Wendy and John were very accommodating, served delicious food, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Several stayed for the weekend and the lobby, dining room and guest were comfortable, very clean and attractive at a reasonable price. The Donoho staff and little Brinkley went out... More

My stay here was like stepping back in time. I could actually rock on the porch while listening to the rain beat down on the tin roof. Very relaxing...like time had just stopped. Wendy and John were marvelous and made me feel right at home. And though the hotel was built in 1914, all of he rooms have been renovated... More

The Donoho Hotel is a beautiful old hotel from the glory days of Red Boiling Springs. It was built in the early 1900s so that visitors could come "take" the sulphur water for health benefits. The current owner is renovating the hotel and doing a beautiful job with it. The guest room we stayed in was updated with a completely... More

After a long road trip from Upstate New York I found this hotel here on Trip Advisor. John met us on the front porch and welcomed us to this wonderful old hotel. Wendy and John have restored this beautiful building and given it a warm family heart. We loved staying in a place that has a place in history. Wendy... More

The new owners of the Donoho Hotel are transforming this treasured hotel into a gem! I stayed at the Donoho twice between 1980 and 2000; the rooms were dark, old and out-of-date, and dusty. In recent years, we visited only to enjoy a great meal. Today, we visited again for lunch and were happy to see the renovations and transformation... More

THe Donoho Hotel offers beautiful newly renovated rooms with gorgeous decor. The newly finished dining room has been completed very well. They are excellent in providing wedding services and planning if you need to make the day a special day. You will enjoy the food served there as well. It always smells so good. Well worth the visit and stay... More

This is a perfect place for a wedding or an kind of celebration to take place. I stayed here during a wedding and the rooms were great. This hotel has been renovated to make it look charming and the staff is very friendly.
