We spent Thanksgiving 2014 in a cabin on the lake at Fall Creek Falls. Large 2-story cabin with a wood burning pot-bellied stove. There is a balcony off the living room over the lake. Good place to fish. Also saw my first bald eagle across the lake from the cabin. Was cold but very peaceful even though the cabins were... More

We stayed at the Inn at this park in November, the rooms were large, but a bit outdated. First the Good: Large rooms, friendly staff, GREAT view of the lake. Now the not so positive: the bed was made with two flat sheets, no fitted, so during the night our bottom sheet ended up in a wad, the beds were... More

We camped at the Fall Creek Falls park. Nice big lots, trash pick up, fire pits and full hook up! Only $25 a night . We even attended the Thanksgiving Day Buffet at the Inn. Great value, great sites and a great time. However , just so you know..... No Sprint cell service and no tv reception.

They accommodate pets and have a section of the inn set aside for pet owners. The rooms are not fancy but nice. It has a great view with a balcony overlooking the lake. A short walk to trails. It is nice to sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee and watch the deer and other wildlife running around.

We really needed some rest time and the cabins on the property at Fall Creek Falls delivered! We stayed in one of the 2BR cabins and it had a deck overlooking the lake and the wooded area. Every morning we saw deer playing and running around the property while we had our coffee on the deck. The hikes are amazing,... More

While the cabins are being renovated, we stayed in the (new part) of the inn. The beds are more comfortable on the newer side, while all the rooms overlook the lake. The inn isn't fancy, gets internet in the lobby, and most cell phones don't work elsewhere in the park, you're really there to get away, right? The Wild Foods... More

We stayed in the landside cabin and it was $110 a night plus it was 2 bedrooms and 1 bath but sleeps 8 plus a couch. The rooms were big enough to hold 2 double beds each plus a closet in each and a 2 drawer dresser. The cabin we were in was recently refurbished and it was so nice.... More

They are currently renovating all of the fisherman cabins, and we were the first to stay in a newly renovated one. The first thing you have to remember, is that this is a fisherman's cabin, not the Ritz Carlton. For $120 bucks a night, you get what you pay for. Downstairs there is a full bathroom, including the only tub/shower... More

The state park is awesome, but the inn is old and outdated. Should have been renovated 20 years ago. Concrete block walls, poor ac, dirty rugs, but on the lake. Beds are old, food is good limited selection. Service is okay. Pretty much one step up from camping. Loved the park. A must see. Maybe the cabins are better.

Being a local, East Tennessee, I frequent this state park to photograph the many beautiful sights it has. Recently we were faced with a choice for locating our family reunion that would be inexpensive (large group of older adults) and have a variety of possible activities. I immediately thought of FCFSP as a candidate. My wife and I made two... More
