I am glad I did not read some of the negative reviews before staying. We enjoyed our one night stay. We got a really good rate on Priceline. Lobby was very nice, and staff was nice - but these are really the only good things I can say about this hotel. Pool and hot tub were nice but crowed. Location is really great, near everything including Dollywood. The rooms were older and need a lot of work. Carpet old. Mattresses very saggy. Moldy shower curtain. Bathroom sooooo small.... more
We spent one night at this hotel on the final leg of a trip to Asheville. I would stay here again. The lobby for the hotel is extremely inviting. It looks like a great place to hang out and relax. The pool area was inviting with arcade games for kids. I imagine the pool gets pretty crowded during busy times.... more

booked a standard room with 2 double beds, for 3 nights. Lobby was nice, Check-in fast. Lady at check-in was very nice. No-smoking rooms so asked to be close to exits. I stay here when in the area for business. Never has the hotel been crowded, yet I am never offered a Priority Club upgrade. The rooms have recently been redone and are extremely comfortable. The location, just off the main road, provides a quiet stay. more

Location is very good if you want to be in the thick of things. We stayed in #312 which was reasonably quite. We stayed in room 520, which had a king size bed, armchair w/ ottoman, and a large desk. The TV was a standard CRT (roughly 32"). HBO is provided. Room was quiet.
