We stayed at the inn for two nights. At first I was hesitant because of name (not one to want Christmas in April) , but was very pleased with the tasteful decorations and the quality of this hotel. The staff were always friendly and eager to ask if they could assist. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings at the inn and... More

The hotel was very nice but quite expensive compared to others. Other than all the decorations I really dont know why the price was so much higher than other surrounding hotels. The bellman at the door only opens the door part of the time, we opened it ourselves the majority, no problem but this is what they advertise. The rooms... More

After stumbling upon this hotel while surfing the web, I found the rates too good to be true for such a highly reviewed and praised hotel. The pictures were completely accurate. The hotel is truly the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. I am a budget traveler who has young children, so luxury is usually not on the menu... More

We stayed for nearly a week at this hotel. The accomodations were great and the staff was friendly and professional. On our way to Pigeon Forge, we stopped and stayed at a Hilton in Lexington, and I can honestly say that The Inn was every bit the equal of the Hilton. That is without the Hilton price tag! The breakfast... More

We highly recommend the Inn at Christmas Place! Our children were delighted as soon as they walked in, as it was wonderfully detailed with Christmas decorations. The rooms are well decorated and roomy (with a fridge in each). Every night there are cookies served in the lobby and Santa himself performed during our stay. The daily breakfast was delicious and... We had an amazing 2 night stay at The Inn at Christmas Place from April 8-April 10, 2011. It was our 7th anniversary, and even though we didn’t order one of the anniversary specials, they recognized our anniversary and had an anniversary ornament in our room when we arrived. We stayed in a king bed mini-suite (room 231), and I... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn. We read all the many positive reviews and were expecting great things. We were not disappointed! The Inn was beautiful. The Christmas decorations were very tasteful and not over the top. I enjoyed walking around the hotel looking at all the decorations. The rooms were nice and very clean. The hotel itself... More

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel- inside and out! Immaculate, beautiful and well-kept grounds. Spotlessly clean rooms, halls, elevators, stairwells, breakfast area, pools... simply EVERYwhere was spotless! Free, fresh hot coffee in the foyer around the clock. Nightly free, fresh cookies. The free breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff was incredible... they waited on you as you went through the 'buffet-style' breakfast-... More

This is the third time I have stayed at this place and I just love it! The Beds are the best thing on this earth! You just sink into them and it gives you the best sleep ever! We came in on a Sunday and stayed 3 nights, we asked if we could stay one more night and they said... More

The Christmas Inn is a perfect getaway location for anyone. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly! The location is perfectly located between Gatlinberg and Sevierville. Attractions are on all sides. The smell is heavenly! One negative? It does seem to have a higher price tag than other hotels in the area. I'm sure quality has something to do with this... More
