My husband and children ages 5, 12, and 15 rented a two bedroom suite for 5 days. I liked that it is away from the "main drag" and that it has some great views of the mountains. Our children enjoyed the pool area right behind our unit, and the pool table in the main building. They also swam in the... More

Maybe we have been spoiled at other Bluegreen Resorts in comparison as an owner, this wasn't one of the best stays. Now was it anything that would keep us from coming back, probably not, but we would try to get into Mountain Loft in Gatlinburg first. The vacation was still great because it got us up to the Smokey Mountains.... More

We enjoyed our week long stay for the most part. We could tell that they have made strides to improve compared to previous visits. Rooms were clean upon arrival. Some of the rooms look to need some work noticed loose knobs on dressers. Looks like rooms are turned over so fast that sometimes basic maintenance may not have a chance... More

I can't say our experience was the best ever, however, we enjoyed our stay. Much better than an average hotel. We had no complaints. We cooked dinner in several nights and ate breakfast in, which is very convenient. The resort is also close to everything, but still private.

We own Bluegreen timeshare and this was our first time here. The standard room villa was alright. Just good enough for 2 people....I'd advise not to try and fit 2 adults and 2 kids even though it does have a pullout couch....there's no room to pull it out!!! I've stayed at hotel suites that we're bigger. The bed was very... More

I wasn't expecting a nice room big fully equip kitchen, big bathroom with hot tub inside, one bedroom with a huge bed, 2 tv, balcony with chair to sit down, I have stay in nice hotel before but huge price, I know you must think they want to... I was disappointed in Laurel Crest as part of the Bluegreen preview! Had to check in 2 times! I found the accommodations not to be very nice-our room needed updated badly-lumpy full size bed-not good-as I ask for queen or king! Dust bunnies found at the baseboards-bathroom cabinet finish was falling apart on the floor. No daily maid service but... More

This is our first time staying at Laurels crest and I really enjoyed the place. The kitchen was a little small but I appreciated it, I cooked almost every meal there. I would definitely stay here again.

Came as part of Bluegrass preview through bass pro shop. Extremely disappointed. Had to check in twice. Stuck in basement floor, cramped, small and old room.Found out there was no housekeeping while you stay so it's a good thing i keep a tidy room and we reuse towels. There was also construction going on which no one told us about.... More
