My room was large and very clean, but extremely dated. It did have a refrigerator and microwave, which was a bonus, but electrical outlets were scarce. I didn't have any trouble connecting to the free wifi, though it was occasionally very, very slow. I stayed in the newer building, which was more expensive but probably worth it. I honestly can't... We stayed 4 nights on a little vacation family getaway. The rooms and bathroom were very clean! Excellent housekeeping staff that were so friendly and helpful! But we could never get connected to the internet (with 4 different laptops) and the continental breakfast was very..meager and tasteless to say the least. Some cosmetic care needs to be taken with the... More

Came here with my daughter and found the motel to be in a great location, extremely clean, friendly staff, very nice continental breakfast, and safe! Will definitely stay again.

We had 17 people stay here this past weekend. Even though the rooms and motel were basic, they were very clean and well kept. The outdoor pool was clean and warm! The staff was extremely friendly, we even got a late check out since we were visiting family. The continental breakfast was basic, we went out each morning for a... More

we were dissatisfied with this motel due to the fact we had no balcony; the housekeeper came in while our do not disturb sign was up; lack of breakfast items on bar no pad or pencil; fireplace was not working properly

Steve Ellis Tours booked this for our family Christmas Vacation. ^ adults and 3 kids ages 2,3 and 4. The indoor pool was filthy, we wouldn't even put the kids in it. The elevator and hallways were dirty, dark and seedy. Not an inviting warm place. The rooms were clean but very outdated. TV's were horrible. We will never stay... More

Just what we were looking for! At the Norma Dan they have kept the old 'mom and pop' section that started it all. They have the new section attached to the lobby, it is the modern 3 story type hotel. You share pools, breakfast with both parts. And the pools...they have an indoor for winter and an outdoor for summer...fantastic.... More

Best value for your money. Clean rooms and housekeeping was always early so by the time you return from being gone, the room was cleaned. It's also a plus to see it American owned and run. The continential breakfast was just basic, but always well stocked and fresh. Was very pleased with this stay and will return next time back... More

We had went to Bristol for the truck race, paid twice as much for a room at Johnson City the night before. That room was horrible, this room less price three times better room. Loved the balconies, we will stay again. Hope to get a room for our winter trip with our grandkids in December
