I wish I would have read the reviews on here first but had already booked and paid so I went with an open mind. I left shortly after and Only got 1 night refunded with some argument. Lesson learned, let me say first that I am a camper and I don't usually stay at the more expensive campgrounds and I... More

I read the other reviews, but because of the location being right in pigeon forge, and they would accept my Passport America discount, I took a chance on the place. OMG! The campsite we had didn't even have a water faucet. We had to buy another 25 foot hose to reach to the next site. Every day they would make... More

Bring your own toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and cleaner!!! the air conditioned bathroom only had one stall with a latch and one roll of toilet paper. There was no light at night to even show you where it was. The other bathroom never had more than one roll to share between three stalls but most of the time... More

It is difficult to go to the Smokies on a tight budget, especially in summer when everything is booked. I found this listing and read the reviews. I didn't send a deposit, just reserved a larger camping cabin over the phone. My requirements were: affordable, kitchenette with fridge, indoor bathroom, off the main drag, a/c,and space enough for two preteen... More

Its like this they cant call themselves a family campground. Since they cause more drama on a daily basis than a broadway stage has had from its opening. The old man who runs it don't do anything but yell at anyone for everything. The lady in the chair across from the office is quite older & it dont seem like... More

Have you ever made a reservation and regretted your decision? That is exactly what happened to us on our trip to the Shady Oaks Campground in Pigeon Forge. We experienced a dog poop-infested campsite with unsupervised, self-inviting children. Additionally, only a few of our neighbors were campers. Many were seemingly permanent residents of mobile homes or aged campers. After quickly... More

The website is very much false advertising, when questioned they said the company who created the web site should be contacted and questioned - WTH. The cabin we stayed in was infested with cockroaches, ants and spiders. We had to clean and spray before we would even think about sleeping. It isnt even a campground its a run down trash trailer... Part trailer park part campground. May have been good back in the day but not now. Run down campers and trailers. Needs fixing up desperately. No leash and clean up behind pets enforced. Like a dump. Would stay in Gatlinburg but not Pigeon Forge.
