This was my 6th trip to Pigeon Forge and finally I have found a hotel that is accomodating for my family. I have four kids so its hard to find a hotel room big enough for us and one that I can separate the baby from the rest of the crew whenever she is sleeping and finally I have found... more

Rooms are clean and staff was polite. Having a room outside of the elevator was a BIG minus, but over all we were happy with our stay. Didn't like the locaton of the pool, it was a little inconvenient, but the water was great. We would stay here again. more

I enjoyed my stay overall but it was rather ridiculous considering I went there for R&R. Elevator was broken so everybody was put on one floor. Door slammed right by my own room loudly every few minutes. I moved and then was more quiet. The whole town of Pigeon Forge was pretty empty parking lot but staff said they "had... more

Decent room with a hot tub. Clean and Comfy. Style is a bit out of date. Did have a "ghost" or something moving furniture around on the deck (rooms 511 & 512). Something about 6 foot tall on wheels came rolling across the short balcony at atleast 25 miles an hour! Then the curtains moved on there own. Strange noises... more

Stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend trip to see the lights at Dollywood. Only reason we stayed is they had two bedroom suites. Pulled in and lady at desk had to move the housekeepers out of the way so she could get to the desk to check me in. Checked me in and handed me the keys. No... more

The room was very clean and up to date, we had a gas fireplace, fridge, microwave, little kitchenette set. I think we got the room so cheap because the shower didn't work, and the air was a bit screwy. Staff was okay..not too friendly, guy came off as annoyed when I asked a simple question. The pool was a bit... more

We visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg several times a year. We normally stay in a cabin but this was short notice and for only two nights. I chose the hotel because I knew it was on the strip, close to the Old Mill. There were no good photos so I hope these help. The good points: The suite is nice because the... more

We have stayed at the Riverside Towers a week each November for about 5 years now and we absolutely love it. The rooms are always clean and the whole hotel is very quiet unlike many we have stayed in before. It is also located within walking distance of many places to eat and lots of things to do. Only complaint... more

My family stayed in the Riverside Towers for the second time this year. Needless to say we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, and especially the location. We loved sitting on the balcony and overlooking the river, The Old Mill, and Patriot Park! We hope to return in the fall and of course plan to... more

this is a nice hotel but, they could improve on a few amenities. On the positve, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. However. i was disappointed to find out that they did not have wireless access. I usually make sure of this before i stay somewhere, but simply over looked it this time. i figured that... more
