By Jim & Sharon Schmidt, May 9th-16th,2015. Upon arrival we noticed the fan in the living room didn't work and we were given a fan until Monday when they replaced it. There is stairs, but it was not that bad. We only needed them to go up to bed. Overall we had a pleasant stay & the staff were very... More

Bedrooms are upstairs in the units and many more stairs in reception building to get to other amenities. New parking lot re-pavement was recently done. Also workers were at the condos doing maintenance and update work.

We are actually owners here. The hot/cold knobs on the shower downstairs are wired backwards. Great place to park your body while you hike. Beds sleep great. 1 King and 2 twins. Couch sleeps great too.

This was a great place for us! The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was nice to have a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The decor was very nice! The price was affordable! Had more of a home feel as opposed to a hotel. I loved the double shower and the big tub! The lady... More

After a bad experience last year, we decided to return to our condo again. We had debated selling the timeshare, but were greatly surprised by what we saw this time. Upon check in, the receptionist greeted us by name, and was much friendlier than last year. Unlike last year, we were actually able to stay in our unit. Amenity wise,... More

This is our first time staying at this resort. It is off the parkway and very peaceful. There are only 21 units so it seems secluded as well. It's very well stocked and the people are very friendly. I love that I have access to the pool whenever I want! It's also away from the condos so you don't have... More

We have owned at Mountain Meadows for 20+ years. Yes, it is an old condo. However, on each of our bi-annual visits, you can see where they are working to improve the condos and the clubhouse. There has been a recent change with the board and you can see more improvement happening. And just so you'll know, one of the... More

I just returned from our families weekly vacation in Tennessee, and we stayed here for a week. My dad has owned his timeshare since Mount Meadows was constructed, and since Summer Bay Resorts took over, we have seen a steady decline in the quality of our stay. Let's start with the positives, it does sit in a quiet location, has... More

I was initially hesitant about these condos. They are definitely not flashy, no granite or top of the line appliances. However, these condos were perfect for our family. We slept family of five very comfortably. We saved a ton of money by cooking in the kitchen that was equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and even a... More
