This is our first time staying at this resort. It is off the parkway and very peaceful. There are only 21 units so it seems secluded as well. It's very well stocked and the people are very friendly. I love that I have access to the pool whenever I want! It's also away from the condos so you don't have... More

We have owned at Mountain Meadows for 20+ years. Yes, it is an old condo. However, on each of our bi-annual visits, you can see where they are working to improve the condos and the clubhouse. There has been a recent change with the board and you can see more improvement happening. And just so you'll know, one of the... More

I just returned from our families weekly vacation in Tennessee, and we stayed here for a week. My dad has owned his timeshare since Mount Meadows was constructed, and since Summer Bay Resorts took over, we have seen a steady decline in the quality of our stay. Let's start with the positives, it does sit in a quiet location, has... More

I was initially hesitant about these condos. They are definitely not flashy, no granite or top of the line appliances. However, these condos were perfect for our family. We slept family of five very comfortably. We saved a ton of money by cooking in the kitchen that was equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and even a... More

The whole resort is in need of updating. The carpets were dirty! Yes, the staff was fine, but wasn't any comparsion to the past timeshares we have stayed in. I don't think they use the owners maintaince fees to take care of the place. They had no activities planned like the other resorts do and like the one review said... More

The staff here was very nice. The condos are clean but very old and in need of some updates. Our unit had a washer and dryer but we were afraid of using them because the washer was very unlevel and we were afraid it would overflow. There were some cracks where the ceiling and wall meet. The stairs to the... More

As others have said, this place is older. But, it is very clean & well maintained. Very quiet.....air conditioning in room was very cold. Well stocked. The staff there was GREAT...especially the man (sorry I didn't get his name) who cleaned the pool, kept the grounds clean etc. He was exceptionally nice. Would definately stay there again. Thanks guys!!! Great... More

This is a very nice place. A little older than some. but wonderfully maintained, clean. Has a wonderful clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi area. The only complaint I could make is they need to adjust the hot water pressure. Once you figure out the combination, it works fine, but hard to fine tune the hot and cold in the shower. The towels... I guess I've been spoiled. In the past I have stayed in timeshares in the area that had a mountain charm feel to them. This is a two story townhouse just like in any neighborhood. I'm not complaining. It was clean and comfortable with everything close by but no real character to it. The pool and hot tub are nice.... More
