We stayed at James Manor last week. The Hotel was excellent. Nice beds, clean, ample parking, friendly staff, price was right, perfect location close to everything, heated pool, hot tub, hot water, good breakfast, great coffee. Did I mention clean? I would highly recommend staying at James Manor and will stay there again. We hiked in the mountains and they... More

I read the reviews on this hotel which had positive and negative reviews. I decided to try it and made a weeks reservation for my wife and I for Sept 14 - 19.Upon checking in, I discovered that the room was on the wrong side of the hotel from where I wanted to be. I requested a different room. The... More

Had to constantly complain about problems in rooms and no coffee in lobby. Young kids at counter seemed to be more interested in playing video games and talking on phone. Need more mature staff! Could really be a great hotel with the Island coming in.

we have stayed here for several years now and i thought it may have gotten new owners as i understood it was family owned.I was not happy with customers being able to block walkway into front entrance and no one getting open so people could get through. courtsy would be to let people get in and out of motel as... Our family had a wonderful time staying in this motel. Beautiful pools, inside and out. A work out room and game room and laundry. The rooms are actually very big and I like the bathroom being separate from the bedding area. We spent alot of time on the balcony since we stayed on the 3rd floor the views were just... More

Great location, I will say that, and we loved having a balcony that overlooked the strip. But otherwise we were a bit underwhelmed. Rooms were clean but needed a few repairs. Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff didn't really interact with us much aside from check-in. The breakfast leaves MUCH to be desired--NO substantial proteins offered. They have biscuits & gravy,... My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed here 5 nights while visiting the area. Its in a good location with restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in walking distance. The room was in good order with 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, large vanity area outside the bathroom, and balcony which I enjoyed the view from even with all the traffic noise. The a/c... More

I would not stay at this Hotel, James Manor in Pigeon Forge TN again, the bed is hard, the rug is fully dirty, this bathtub is hard to get into, if you have to leave early from this hotel you can not get a refund, this is unacceptable.

It's right in the middle of everything in Pidgeon Forge. Easy access to whatever you want to see. The earlier reviews that mentioned the lights from the ferris wheel are correct and some light does make it into the room but it never bothered any of us. Here's a tip .....close your eyes if the lights are in them. Hotel... More

We have stayed at James Manor everytime and always have a pleasant stay. This time was no different and the view from our room was great!! We stayed in room 718 which is on the back side with a huge picture window with view of the Island. Breakfast was good again and staff is always friendly. The only thing this... More
