Stayed at James Manor upon recommendation of co-worker. Front desk persons were very nice and helpful. Room was really larger than I expected, clean and beds were great! Bathroom was clean, but a little small. Never made it to their breakfast, so can't comment on that. We had room with porch/balcony (shared with another room) overlooking the "main drag". We're... more

I had made reservations to stay in Pigeon Forge in June. We always stay in a cabin but had decided to stay in town this time. When we arrived at the motel they had not reserved the type of room promised for starters. We looked at the room which was dark and smelled of mildew. The manager was accommodating however... more

Blue - Green resorts placed us here for 2 nights in exchange to listen to there sales pitch. First of all Blue Green is Very High Pressure, Very Very Misleading and expects people to pay good money for something you do not get to see or stay other then pictures. Talked to 2 owners in following days and they both... more

Upon our stay at this hotel we arrived on a Thursday April 2. We had planned on staying until Sunday. Thursday evening we relaxed and visited a few sites around town and came in and went to the swimming pool and slept. Friday, we spent the entire day out enjoying sites and spent sometime in Gatlinburg. It was late when... more

We always go to Pigeon Forge for a weekend during the winter. We have stayed at many properties in Pigeon Forge and this was our first time staying here. We were very pleased with this place. The breakfast was absoutely the best. We had planned only to eat there one time during our stay and end up eating there every... more

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The sheets were crisp and inviting. My hubby and I enjoyed the room with its view of the city lights.. The hotel pool is large sized with plenty of swimming room. The breakfast goes really fast so you must be there early to get anything at all. Overall, the place is pretty... more

We had a family reunion at this property. Three of us family members had a terrible time just making our reservations as a part of the group arrangement. We got rude service on the telephone and were told that there was no such group staying there when we knew we had the right location. The website for the property was... more

This is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in!! We have stayed 3 times now, each time on the 5th floor facing the Parkway. The location is PERFECT, for me anyway!!! I love the balconies. I have seen where some people don't like the semi-private balconies but I love them, I'm a people watcher. =) The rooms... more
