We booked the Superior Queen Jacuzzi room for a quick break before the holidays. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The double sinks in the bathroom made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The huge jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Best of all was the staff, everyone we encountered was cheerful and helpful.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was ok. The rooms needed a little updating but was clean and met our needs. The location was perfect for us. Close to things we wanted to do as well as restaurants. The hotel staff was the best from the desk clerk to the cleaning service. All... More

Centrally located so it's easy to get to the places you want to go. Great buffet breakfast that is very well done. Great biscuits and gravy, good coffee, and several items to choose from. Good size rooms. Excellent place to stay if you are meeting in the conference center across the parking lot.

The hotel is really pretty in the lobby! But, the rooms are a little dated. The size of the rooms was larger than the average hotel room. Beds were pretty comfy. Biggest drawback was the parking! Even the handicap parking was a little further from the doors than you would expect.

Not to bad of a place. The price is fair the rooms are clean staff is nice but the biggest problem is the parking if u come in late at night after a show in town u will not find d a spot and that sucks if u are handicapped but it's worth s stay

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had the most relaxing time. The atmosphere is so relaxing when walking into the lobby area, the fireplace just makes it so cozy. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire stay. The rooms we nice a spacious and loved the big bathroom. The breakfast that was served in the morning had... More

Reviews never tell the story. Plush bedding means sheets and blanket/comforter. Not soft comfortable beds ..actually hard as rocks. Free WiFi is slower than anything !! Free TV and poor channel selection and no tv guide channel. Room had a smell, bought a candle and spray. For the price I expected more..it was clean but dated and well worn.

First, let me say that I'm an avid Tennessee traveler. I've stayed here a number of times since 2004. This was, by far, my worst experience. The check in was great, my room was ready several hours early. However, I was not impressed with the fact that we were placed nearby the visiting middle school football league group. I specifically... More

The location is indeed perfect, in my opinion, as it is in the middle of the city, close to all the attractions. The room we stayed in was quite large with very comfortable beds. Our room had a read fireplace and a balcony. Since it was quite cold outside during our stay, we did not use the balcony at all,... More

First let start off by saying that the hotel manager did make things right for us, however, this stuff still happened. We arrived a little early, hoping for an early check-in. Needless to say we were told our room was just being cleaned and that it would be about an hour and it would be ready. So we drove over... More
