This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here. It is a nicely priced hotel. The things I like most is the great breakfast choices and it is very clean. Breakfast has waffles, sausage biscuits and gravy, cereals, French toast, juices, coffee and other others also.

Our car broke down, so we had an unexpected overnight stay, which turned into a bit of a problem checking in because the mobile app hadn't sent the info needed for the reservation, but after about 45 minutes, we were able to complete the process. The hotel is clean and seems to have had rennovations that make it feel airy... More

last year my review was not good for Park Grove but this year we tried again and it was much better. The rooms are all redone and better. I must say you should check the bed before you accept the room as some of them squeak when you move them from side to side. That drives me crazy and that... More

We stayed here for the weekend. The weather was great. We had a view from the 5th floor. We could see the Sky Wheel and the Christmas lights at night and during the day, we could see the beautiful mountains. Our room was very nice and clean. I think they just remodeled last year. We have stayed here before and... More

We have stayed here for over 10 years. We never had any reason to stay anywhere else because the service was wonderful, the hotel was nice, and it was always clean. We stayed there 2 months ago and the service was unfriendly and rude but the room was clean. We stayed again 1 month ago and the room was dirty... More

Went there earlier in the month for our honeymoon. It was very nice. We had a room with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. Everything was clean and quiet. The bed was a little hard, but the pillows made up for it. Kara in the breakfast room was very nice. We guaranteed our reservation for late arrival with a cc. However, when... More

This was our 2nd stay at Park Grove Inn and probably our last. The front desk staff, including manager, Jack Mehta, is so unfriendly and made us feel so unwelcome. However, there was one helpful and friendly lady who worked the evening shift. Wish I knew her name. Jack only cares about making a dollar and refuses to speak. I... More

My husband & I have stayed at Park Grove Inn for the past 15 years, several trips each year. Our most recent trip is the last one for an excursion weekend. We had several issues, poor customer service, etc. When I voiced these issues I was told that I would need to speak w/Mgr at checkout. When we checked out,... More

We stayed here for four days. The first few days were great, can't complain about our room. Good bed, clean. The fourth day, we had to move to another room as ours was reserved. Decided to upgrade to a larger room with a jacuzzi. The bed was not good, the pillows were totally flat and the jacuzzi would not drain... More

We stayed here is Aug for 4 nights. We enjoyed the outdoor pool because it was very hot when we were there. loved that every room has a balconey and a free breakfast. We were on the 2nd floor on the front side of the building. We really liked that there was a trolly stop right outside the hotel and... More
