The rates and the room were comparable to the 300-400 dollar a night places at the beach. With the exception of the price. We stayed there for 2 nights and paid less than 200 bucks. With that came riverside view, pool that stayed open 24 -7, kids loved that, walking distance to everything, FREE breakfast at a real restaurant. It... More

We travel to Pigeon Forge several times a year and stay at Twin Mountain every time, unless we have a large group. They are in the perfect location. We love the newly renovated rooms. The new carpet smell was rough at first, has now faded. The beds are much more comfortable than they were before. The only negative point we... More

We stayed for 2 nights in July. Rooms were great! Loved having a creek that the kids could play in right beside us. Pool was easily accessible as well. We had rented a cabin for the 4 days prior and had I realized how awesome and kid friendly Twin Mt was I would NOT have wasted the money on a... More

Wonderful clean comfortable place, with a friendly staff. Loved the small balcony that over looked the river. Very convenient location. Though we didn't get to take advantage of it due to rain, we liked the option they offered to enjoy the facilities at the camp ground as well (pool tables, basketball court, pool, etc.). And the free breakfast at the... More

My bed had no mattress cover, the fitted sheet was way to small for the bed, All night long it kept popping off the mattress, and if your anything like me it grossed me out to be on a bare mattress. It was a horrible nights sleep. I asked them to fix for the next night and the same thing... More

Our balcony sat with a beautiful view, our room was VERY clean, nice flat screens in both rooms and very comfy beds! We have found our go to hotel from here on!! I definitely recommend!! Jennifer... Best bang for your buck! Not luxury rooms but nice, clean and well stocked although a bit outdated. Beds decent. Balcony view is grand. Fireplace. Pool. Hair dryer at front desk. Spotless lobby & parking lot. Sandy at front desk is lovely. I will be back to stay.

We couldn't connect to the wifi on any of our 4 devices. When we called to get help with troubleshooting the issue, the evening staff were rude. I know...I've read reviews before about rude staff and wondered if the customer was rude first, but I was honestly being nice and trying to communicate, but they were incredibly rude and unapologetic.... First time visit to this establishment and I have to say we enjoyed our stay. This time Mom and I took my granddaughter on her first trip. (P was 4 at the time.) I loved the split rooms and 2 TVs since P went to bed before we did. It was clean and the balcony was lovely. P kept asking... More

We stayed in a family suite with 2 king beds. It was very clean and nice. My only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses. They are very hard and not the best to sleep on. Will be going back and staying there again.
