First, let me say the king minisuite that we stayed in was very well set up with lots of storage. Appeared very clean but we found candy on the floor that had been covered by the bedspread on our first night. No big deal, it happens but then when we came back to our room after our first full day... More

We stayed at Twin Mountain One September 27, 2014 for three nights. This was the third time staying and we plan to stay any time we are in Pigeon Forge. In the last year the rooms have been updated with new carpet, new beds, and flat screen TVS. We especially enjoy the balconies on the creek. The location is off... More

This is my 3rd time staying here. The location is great, balconies over the creek, clean property, quiet, large rooms, friendly check-in, etc...the things I think need changed are the lobby closes at 10, if you aren't there by then you have to drive off site to another location across the parkway to check-in, so there is no 24 hour... The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when arriving in our room we found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Reasonable price, but I felt the cleanliness was poor. I have always heard that the Inn was very clean though.

This property has been making improvements since we stayed last May 2014 , new carpet, and paint, and the housekeeping has made major changes for the better, the room was much cleaner , and fresher. We had the room that was two king beds w/a kitchenette, this is great for two couples because the rooms are split with a bathroom... More

Overall very good. Pro - Price, Location, Separate rooms, on the river. Cons - Very weak Wi-Fi, No hair dryer (avail at office but wern't told till already at the room) Only 2 issues verses all the pluses, we will return!

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was a quiet place to stay -- away from traffic noise, etc. but still close to the shopping, shows, etc. Out on the balcony we saw a crane and some ducks. Also across from the hotel there were a bunch of geese walking down the road.

We always stay here, returning time after time. Rates are good. Rooms are always clean. We started staying with our children because the bathroom separates the 2 beds, So it was almost like having two rooms. each bed has it's own TV. Coffee, microwave and frig in the room. Overlooks the stream in the back and off the main drag,... More

The rates and the room were comparable to the 300-400 dollar a night places at the beach. With the exception of the price. We stayed there for 2 nights and paid less than 200 bucks. With that came riverside view, pool that stayed open 24 -7, kids loved that, walking distance to everything, FREE breakfast at a real restaurant. It... More

We travel to Pigeon Forge several times a year and stay at Twin Mountain every time, unless we have a large group. They are in the perfect location. We love the newly renovated rooms. The new carpet smell was rough at first, has now faded. The beds are much more comfortable than they were before. The only negative point we... More
