Nasty nasty rooms! The staff and manager are rude. There were bugs all in the rooms. Even in the beds. They need to redo this Hotel. I wouldn't stay here if the rooms were free. We got our money back and left.

We've been staying at Twin Mountain Inn (phase II) way back when it was called Creekstone Inn. It's always been nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony is relaxing with the creek below and the staff is friendly. They offer discounts for rooms and coupons for breakfast at the Smoky Mountain Pancake House right across the parkway....

Enjoyed another great stay at Twin Mt. It had been about 3 years since we stayed here and was surprised at how clean the rooms are still. Will definitely stay again! Nice balcony overlooking the river is a plus as well.

We stayed 2 nights at Twin Mountain Inn II. The rate was $39.95 and we were a little sceptical but the room was clean. The balcony was nice overlooking the river. It was very peaceful. The only negative was that the mattresses were a little hard, but no bugs. We will definintely stay here again.
Also the breakfast at the...

We stay at this hotel alot. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. I love the balcony on the river and the fireplace at no extra cost. It is off the main parkway but still very close to anything you want to do. Have recommended to my friends and they love it too.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights on spring break. Check-in was quick and simple, staff was nice. Walking into our room it smelled clean and it was extremely clean! We stayed in room 310, a King Jacuzzi Suite with a fireplace and balcony and it was great. The jacuzzi was great, easily big enough for both of...

On a recent trip to visit relatives, we stayed at Twin Mountain Inn (#1) partly because of the economical cost and partly because of a TripAdvisor review that attested to its being very clean. We agree. While this part of the inn is older, it is a block off the strip and across the Little Pigeon river. Our room had...

We drove up to Pigeon Forge a day before check-in at our timeshare and were looking for an affordable place to stay. We stopped in the Twin Mountain Properties "cabin" on the parkway and were directed to this location - the Twin Mountain Inn II - about a block off the parkway kind of behind Dixie Stampede. We were very...

I have stayed here 3 times a year for the past 5 years. The balconies are beautiful, and it is directly on the river. It's directly off the main parkway, so there isn't all the traffic, but you still have the convenience of the strip. The rooms are large and separated, so that my children can stay on one side...
