We've been coming here for 15 plus years. They've done some upgrades on the rooms over the years. The maintenance fees r a lot cheaper than the nicer resorts. There is an indoor pool, a sauna, an indoor and outdoor hot tub, an outdoor pool, places to grill out, shuffle board, swings for kids, a gazebo, towels for pool area,... More

Hello! We do offer horseshoes behind Building 6 (check in office) and have a weight room in Building 1 near the indoor pool. We currently do not have plans to add king size beds as we do not have ample laundry space to store two different sizes of the linens. So for now, we remain with queen size beds. The... More

We are a family of 5 and the 2 br was perfect for us. It has everything you need to make a home away from home. Its so close to the Old Mill and The Island. Everything was clean and they have a small play ground, shuffleboard, crafts for kids, discount tickets, gas grill and more. We will stay there... More

We really enjoyed Oakmont. It was very clean and the staff was great. No washer and dryer in the units, but about 5 of the 7 buildings have them on the bottom floor. No charge to use. The kitchen is tiny!! . Most buildings have gas grills that were clean and nice. Paid wifi, but only $5 for the week.... More

My grandparents and now parents own a time share at this location. I grew up staying at this location and using all of the facilities. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. This was a lot of fun, and typically the highlight of my trip as a child. The rooms are fairly outdated, but have been kept up... More

The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. We were there over the 4th of July and the big celebration is in Patriot Park, which was only a short walk. The property was nice and the cleanliness of the unit was immaculate. The only downside is there were no patios, but we spent very little time there, so no... More

In early June of 2015, our three - generational family arrived at the Oakmont Resort. We were late due to an 8 - hour Avis rental car delay, but we were greeted by an evening maintenance worker who was briefed on our arrival time. It was the shortest, most efficient, and most helpful check-in I have experienced, and he did... More

We hate to hear you experienced mechanical issues during your visit . In these humid, 95+ degree days of July it seems like our HVAC units are running 24/7. We are very glad to hear that maintenance and night security were able to efficiently respond and keep you comfortable. Not only do they handle their jobs well they are truly... More

Oakmont Resort was a nice place, but definitely not defined as a resort. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry was a necessity. Unit was definitely "dated" and could use a good scrub down. We had quite a few spiders, but since we were out and about more than we were in the room, we didn't make an... More

Yes we did not know where to go for our vacation so we decided to go here well this was the worst mistake we could of made, I told them I had a stroke and could not go up stairs, so they still put us on the 3rd floor anyway, ( I wonder if they treat all handicap people this... More

This reviewer came into our resort through a travel exchange company. Exchange companies work with inventory that is very specific and assigned. We try to accommodate first floor requests on a first come, first serve basis as it is the only method proven to be fair. Unfortunately our ground floor accommodation requests outnumber our availability about 5 to1. The Exchange... More

We've stayed at many Hotels in Pigeon Forge. First time staying at a Resort. I found this through a Travel Program I belong to. Absolutely Unbelievable Place. Very Comfortable Surroundings, Great Pools both indoor and Outdoor, kid friendly areas as well. Close to pretty much any activities in town. Here are a few pics of the Outdoors Area.
