I own a week here as a time share holder. I am Not a vested owner and do not profit from this in any way!! As an Oakmont timeshare owner since 1987, I read these reviews with an open mind. I have to so I can give an honest opinion on the place. Also reviews keep this and other places... More

The resort is dated, the best thing about it is the location close to Dollywood. Our 2 bedroom unit was pretty small, and very old furnishings. It did seem clean however. The grounds are not very attractive either. Don't think I will come back.

My husband & I booked the resort and our daughter & her family joined us over the memorial day week. We stayed in unit 3 and it was very clean and cared for, kitchen a little small tho. The staff was terrific! We arrived early and Jennifer from the office put our ice cream and milk into the office fridge... More

We had people who have trouble with stairs, and all units have stairs! Happy to find utensils such as corkscrew, cookie sheet, several bowls, pots and pans, BUT only one person can be in the kitchen at one time. It was clean, with a big living room for our group, and the kitchen table had a leaf that could be... More

We have stayed here many times and it is always clean and neat. We really appreciate that they have become a non smoking facility and require those smokers to stay away from the walkways. The biggest grief we have is the internet. It's very unstable and can be hard to set up. Being a computer person, this is highly annoying.... More

Unit was claustrophobic, one person was a crowd in the kitchen, traffic noise made sleeping difficult. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and provided by an off property company that could not be contacted ( cost $5.00 for 5 days ). Would not recommend this resort to anyone.

This was a decent resort. It's actually more of a basic no frills resort, but it is excellent for what it is. It's in a great location, just a very short walking distance from Patriot Park where you can catch a trolley to Dollywood or Gatlinburg or the rest or Pigeon Forge. I'm not sure what the other comments about... More

Resort is clean but has no sense of being secure as it is on a main road intermingled with neighborhood homes. No washer and dryer in the unit, bed is very uncomfortable, it is outdated but the unit is clean. I made a last minute exchange into here. I would rather have stayed at the LaQuinta were I had my... This location is excellent. Just a few steps away from most things in Pigeon Forge. However, u have to pay for wifi that is spotty at best. Also, the beds are not very comfortable and the floors squeek. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are also nice with the heat and big tub. The indoor amenities were a... More
