Looked nice from the outside. As soon as I opened the room door I could smell cigarette odor. Although it's no smoking. Room smelled of pets. Had to look around. Looked dirty and dull. Bathroom sink didn't let water out and a leak under the sink. Had socks on and they were just dirty from walking on the floor and... More

Our room was clean, but it did smell a little of doggies. A little frebreeze and it was good though. We liked we were close to everything. The price was good and the staff friendly. They had some great recommendations. Will stay again.

Log cabin feel and large room. I have stayed here several times over the past few years and have always had excellent experiences with no issues. Very clean rooms and excellent water pressure in showers. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to lots of things. The beds are awesome. We loved our little "cabin" that's what it looks like. It is a great place to stay with one exception, the motel is a dog friendly motel and it was the carpet that had a bad smell. We bought candles and... More

Thank you for choosing our motel for your recent stay with us. Yes, we are pet friendly as we want our guests furry friends to enjoy their vacation as well. This hotel is central to all of the fun family activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The Track is right next door and the new Island at Pigeon Forge is within walking distance. We stayed in a family kitchen suite which slept the 5 of us very comfortably. beds were comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi tub, walls, trim (inside)... More

Stayed in a kitchen loft. Very spacious and clean. Felt like a mountain cabin. Staff is laid back yet friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was a plus. Will stay here again. A good deal. Close in to many attractions but still felt private.

I love this pet friendly hotel. I felt comfortable having my chihuahua here. I felt she was welcomed. I can tell they care about the cleanliness of their hotel. They have a smoking station and dog poop bags. The beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows. Located right in the middle of everything.

I stayed at Timber Lodge last June but it wasn't an option to select as when I visited. We were more than pleased with our stay especially the cost, location, pet friendliness, and cabin feel. I came on hereto read additional reviews before planning another trip there. I did notice that to every negative review there appears to be a... More

I liked the log cabin effect inside the spacious room, bed was comfortable, room was clean & they were pet friendly! The location was great & the price was right! NewCastleMontana, We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately we are limited on space for our breakfast and try to offer as much as we can for everyone to enjoy.
