We stayed in Pigeon forge over Memorial Day weekend, so the whole town was booked solid. We had problems with an online reservation that we had made through a third party website. Chistopher the manager went out of his way to make sure that we still got a room despite the hotel being fully booked. The room was spacious, very... More

Stayed here one night while waiting for our rental cabin to become available and for the price I was completely satisfied. We had a queen double non smoking room and it was very clean and smelled clean. I checked out the mattresses which were brand new so no complaints there. Great place for the value. My husband and I had been told this hotel was not too good, but in our last week trip to the mountains, we decided to check it out by ourselves. We were pleased to find a new management. The new owner is really taking good care of the hotel. Room was very clean, breakfast was better than expected and people... More

We stayed November 24 to 28, 2010. I was concerned over a couple reviews but decided to take a chance and am glad I did. We paid $45 for Wed and $55 for each additional night. Other hotels had cranked their rates to 100-189 per night due to the holiday. The room was very clean the 2 queen beds, had... More

As my fiance & I were packing to leave at the end of our weekend getaway, I removed the blankets/sheets from the bed to make sure we didn't leave any belongings behind. Once removed we noticed several large stains of dried blood on the bottom "fitted" sheet of the bed we'd slept on for 2 days!! My fiance verified the... More

Normally I do not like to complain, but couldn't overlook this one. The room was stuffy, air blew out dust, don't think it had been on in quite a while, musty. Was not given the number of beds we reserved. Had to share a king bed with kids. Also had to use a roll away that had springs sticking out.... More

People who run this place do not know what they are doing, they give away your reservation, lock the office where you can not go in and talk to anyone then charge you for rooms they gave away. Made us go hunt hotel rooms at 4 am and then charged us for the rooms they gave away. Worst possible customer... More
