We went to Pigeon Forge on a spur of the moment decision. The places we usually stayed at were booked already. We stayed here because they had a room available and most places we checked in were full. We only wanted to stay 1 night, but, they had a 2 night minimum stay. It was just o.k. The morning we were... I've stayed here several times & never had a problem. But on my recent visit ( 10/09/14 to 10/12/14 ), I was really disappointed because this has always been a good stay for me. The bed had numerous stains all over the sides of the mattress & box springs. The refrigerator was very dirty ( soda splattered everywhere, a lamp... More

We decided to drive to Pigeon Forge last weekend on a whim and wanted to try and find the cheapest (reasonable) accommodations possible. My husband pulled into this hotel because the sign said "32.99". We didn't see the small print that said "per person". So, we went ahead and paid $60+ for this room because it was late and we... We stayed there for many years but no longer. The last time , it was extremely dirty. It was obvious it had not been cleaned in many , many days. ( or weeks even ). The owner was less than friendly as well. I was totally embarrassed to recommend this place to a friend who later told me they couldn't... More

This is a nice hotel right in the heart of town. The price was great and it was in a great location. They also give you free pancakes at a local pancake place that was good but you still spend a little money on drinks. They are very nice also.

This is a great little place to stay when visiting the Smoky Mountains. It's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge and is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. You can even walk to Patriot Park from here (trolley hub, shops, restaurants). The room is always clean and they have recently updated the bedspreads which are really bright... More

We stayed here during the off season. Could not travel home to Kentucky because of the weather. Stopped because the sign said American owned and we were happy to support this. That being said, we asked for adjoining rooms and were told everything was full so we were put on the third floor. (At night the parking lot was deserted,... More

Even though it is an older establishment, it was very clean , and they supplied us with plenty of towels. We had a micro-fridge which was great for us to keep my gluten free food in. Also a microwave and free wi-fi, excellent location. Only kink we had was a latino man who decided to drink all day in the... More

My son, his friend and I just spent Valentine's day weekend here, we had a clean room, plenty of towels and quiet nights. The room was reasonably priced, we got a roll away bed also, it was in a good location. The staff was nice. All in all we enjoyed the stay and will be looking to stay again

During our first nights stay my wife woke me up screaming that something crawled over her in our bed. Still half asleep and eager to execute whatever it was, I searched for an hour and found nothing. During the next night we were in bed and heard a squeaking sound coming from under the bed that wouldnt stop. We got... More
