As usual, the staff was very efficient and helpful during our stay. When the lobby renovations are completed I am sure it will be beautiful. The location of the hotel is great--just off the main road but not noisy. Keep up the good work Carmella and staff!

First off, we LOVE LaQuinta motels. We love that they are pet friendly, and all of the new properties are clean, friendly and accommodating. LaQuinta Pigeon Forge is NONE of those. Reno is obviously only being done in lobby as the manager said it would be completed in 2 weeks. I expect in all La Quintas that I visit to be above average and reasonably priced. This hotel was unquestionably below average in many respects. Even under renovation, the hotel was quiet. Front desk staff was helpful, friendly and always had smiles on their faces. Hotel was close to the venue we attended. I'd highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the area.

Traveled with family. Staff helpful with sightseeing plans and helping with the limited night dining options. Beautiful location, room was very clean, hotel could use minor renovation but staff was great!
