We stayed with Smokey Shadows for a week. This was the first trip my husband and I had taken alone together. Smokey Shadows was great. Awesome view, nice clean room, and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel is near the end of Pigeon Forge before you cross the mountain to go to Gaitlinburg. It is in the quieter part of town so there is less traffic. We have stayed here a few times and always leave happy!

Tha hallway and the room smelled wierd, and you need a car to get anywhere. I also suspect there has been animals in the rooms due to an allergic reaction. But it is affordable, and the people there are helpful. We did not try the indoor pool, but it looked good. The jacuzzi was wierdly placed in the room, and... More

The whole place is awesome. Beds are great, the the room is big, jacuzzi tub is amazing! The indoor pool is good...for older kids, the only bad thing is the outdoor pool is closed. We have a river view, the staff is friendly. I loved it, I will be back!!!!

In all the years going to the Smokey Mt I've always wanted a river view balcony. I finally got it. The reviews of negative don't do justice to this place. The staff is very friendly, our room was amazing and we got breakfast coupons for the pancake house across the street which was a great place to eat. The inside... More

We just got back from Pigeon Forge where we stayed at the Smoky Shadows Motel & Conference Center. Our experience there was wonderful. The place was CLEAN, and the rooms LARGE! The price was a great value. The room was the largest room that we had ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge (2 king beds) and a Jacuzzi in addition... More

This place is a complete joke. Looks NOTHING like the pics posted. Claims indoor and outdoor pool but only the extremely small kidney shaped pool indoors is in functioning order. Drove my family 3 hours here for vacation and had to spend the first 2 hours getting my reservation cancelled which was also a pain then had to find somewhere... More

This place does not look like the picture at all. Glad we didn't stay there after all. There are some older much better hotels in the area for the same price . I am happy we found a place and had a great vacation.

We have stayed at this hotel 2x this month! We LOVE IT! It is newly remodeled. The rooms have been very nice and clean.. Staff has been extremely helpful as well.. Hotels.com messed up or reservations and they fixed it no problems! We did skip the pool.. It closes too early and was crowded and why swim with the public... More

Reservation clerk was rude. Place is a dump. They refused to refund ANY of our deposit on the room even though we called ahead 2 days ahead to cancel due to sickness. Extremely unhelpful and unapologetic.
