“Very Nice Hotel - Affordable”

We had a nice 4-night stay at Country Cascades. Nice, clean hotel. Great breakfast included! Two pools and a hot tub. Staff was helpful - we had one issue, and they addressed it immediately. In-room fridge.

Julie, desk clerk, gave us exceptional service. We have stayed here several times and been impressed with the staff, rooms, their homemade breakfast, made to order omelets and waffles are outstanding!!! We are members of the Smokey Mountain Rewards Program and are very pleased with the amenities! You will not be disappointed!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here back in November to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. First time we had been on a trip by ourselves. We had a great time. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was great! Definitely will stay there again sometime soon!

This is an older hotel that has had an exterior face lift. As you approach from the road it looks nice. The inteior is dark with dark wood.
