My family love this campground. We have stayed here over 15 times and have made wonderful memories here. However, I need to express my disappointment in a staff /management decision that was made last night. My family as well as others to include many small children were using the game room as a shelter during a tornado warning and one... More

Friendly staff lots to do, ample space for our camper with pull outs..and we loved the pool.. it was really full and busy but it was not a problem, camp store stocked well and it v was close but not to close to all attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay

Overall a good experience. I will just list the pros and cons and leave it at that. Pros: *Great Location: you can walk to a lot of places and Dollywood is right there. *Cleanest bathhouse I have ever used. Only used the one by the pool area *Very clean campground *Fast check in *Level site *Adequate pool area *Friendly staff... More

The KOA is a nice campground. It has a lot of trees and borders a nice creek/river. It was quite crowded when we were there but that is to be expected for the Pigeon Forge area in the summer. The only "complaint" I guess we had about the campground is that it is challenging to determine which site belongs with... More

Very nice campground. Clean neat and friendly staff Loved that we could walk to the trolley head quarters to catch trolley. Not having to drive was a super plus ! Sites were level and we'll kept. Clean restrooms

So so campground and the same price as a hotel room. There are luxury rv resorts for less money. The roads and sites were pretty tight for our class c rv. Felt like we were window to window with both neighbors. Pool was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was the noise. This is not a quiet area of town... More

the campground is not in the woods, it's in the middle of the city. our campsite (#30) was along a creek but right on the other side was a street with stores and traffic. it was quieter then I had anticipated it would be, but definitely didn't love the scenery. we stayed just for the night. staff was friendly and... Stay here once or twice a year, usually off season to avoid the congestion as Pigeon Forge is really growing since they instituted liquor-by-the-drink a few years ago a drew in a lot of nice restaurants and more tag-along attractions. Campground is nice and always accommodates our 3 rigs. Some fire rings are a little too close to the camper... More

This is probably the nicest campground in the Smoky Mtn area and it is located right in the middle of "action-packet" Pigeon Forge. The owners are very, very nice folks. Highly recommend. It's going to cost more, but it is worth it.

We stayed in our Class C motorhome in earl August. The campground was clean, roomy, and friendly. While on a main road, everything was set back enough that it was no a bother. The location was perfect because we were able to walk to the mein trolly station each day with our 80 year old Aunt and a rollator. There... More
