This is a great campground been here lots of times for years (12) stayed in many different sights. It is a little tight. Friendly and clean. Walking distance to a lot right in the middle of Pigeon Forge.

We booked a 1 room cablin at the KOA in Pigeon Forge. Due to snow this coming weekend 10/31 we called to cancel. Apparently we cancelled 1/2 hour after the cut off. They will NOT return our deposit of $60.00. This cancelation was out of our control. BEWARE not very accommodating!

I go to a lot of KOAs and the difference with this one is the front desk service. It's just Business. With the other KOAs, while it's Business they also value and love their customers and they show it. That's fine, I love the campground itself and have came every year for the past 6+ years. So being a Business... More

We stayed at the KOA last week for six nights. For those reviewers who stated the personnel were rude, it makes me wonder if we were staying in the same KOA. Everyone we encountered were very helpful and friendly and very pleasant. We arrived late one evening and had to have several campers move their vehicles so that we could... More

This was our first stay here and we were very pleased. If you are visiting Dollywood, take note....there is a trolley stop at the entrance and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the entrance gates at Dollywood! It's the last trolley stop before Dollywood and the first one when you are leaving Dollywood, so you never stop anywhere... More

These lots are small...we were lucky enough to have gotten one of the largest sites there! Downside was street noise but everything can't be perfect all the time... This Kampground is walking distance to alot of attractions so thats nice. We were not very impressed with the staff here. They just are not helpful at all and seem snarky.

Reservation went perfectly, beautiful park with trees and shade, nice site for our 42" and car, awesome walking are and next door is a 1/2 mile track that surrounds a park/field. A brook run alongside it and geese and ducks are there, We felt very safe and loved the whole area although traffic in PF is very heavy. Wonderful grocer... More

We stayed at this campground in mid-June. We have a large pop-up trailer with a slide-out. We chose a pull-through site with full service hook-up. The site was fairly small and close to other campsites. I wish we had opted for some of the lots closer to the entrance as they had much nicer foliage from the trees. Our lot... More

We have stayed at this KOA now for 4 years and it is the best one. We have got to know the owners and they are the nicest sweetest people you will ever meet. I think they should stay open year round and offer monthly spots then this campground would be perfect. Well it already is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a 24 foot or smaller camper without slideouts this campground is ok. The sites were long and narrow with trees on each side of site. We have a 28 foot camper with 2 slideouts. We set up on the site and an employee came out and advised us that we had "parked wrong" even though we were... More
