Campground was excellent. Clean, beautiful creek rumbling, and peaceful. The refund policy or lack of is not. We arrived on a Friday night, was there and enjoyed Saturday. Received a call from home Saturday night. There was a illness at home. Packed up Sunday morning before leaving, talked to office staff. Letting them know we were leaving and circumstances of... This was our 2nd time staying here and it was even better! They expanded since the last time we were here. We have our 3rd trip already reserved and plan on making our reservation for the summer while we are there. We love the peace and quiet yet still close enough if we need or want to get out for... If you don't need a campground store, crowded pool, janky amusement center or really bad karaoke but you really like big camp sites, with nice privacy and full hook-ups then Up the Creek is your pick. Tony and Alison have created a picture-perfect RV campground for RV'ers that like peace and quiet and enjoy the sound of a rushing creek.... More

We have been coming here for a few years now and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. They have expanded this past year with lots of new creek sites and huge pull thru sites as well. Our recent stay was in site 16 and we loved it! Just when we thought it couldn't get better, it did! Our stay was... More

Love this campground!! Perfect for dog owners. Quite, peaceful, large sites. Beautiful! The staff has always been helpful and kind. Nice dog park, no showers or pool, but our grandchildren loved playing in the creek. Nicely located away from the hussel and bussel , yet still can ride the trolley. Nice level sites. Paved roads with gravel sites. Love this... More

We have camped on and off for over 30 years, and this is one of the nicest, cleanest and most spacious campgrounds that we have stayed in. Our kids are grown and it was just my husband and myself. We were not looking for a place that had lots of amenities, just someplace quiet and serene. That's what this is.... More

We loved this park. The sites are large and well maintained with alot of space between campers. It is quiet as it is just far enough outside Pigeon Forge. The water, sewer and electric hookups all look new and were well located. Our site was near the creek and had a beautiful concrete pad with wrought iron table and chairs.... More

Stayed there in June for a week. We went by the reviews which were over rated. The campground is nice with nice large sights. When we got there they had moved us to another sight which was ok but when we started to set up my 25 foot sewer hose liked 20 feet reaching the sewer hookup so off to... More

We are glad that you think "the campground is nice with nice large [sites].." Today's RVs range in size from 53' to 10'. Installing a sewer tap in a location that is perfect for every camper is difficult. This year, we have added many upgrades to the park including the installation of multiple sewer taps at most of our sites.... More

Stayed for 6 nights in a creekside site and enjoyed the entire stay. Site was level with a nice concrete/pebble pad. There was a neat little fire pit and you can purchase wood right outside the office. As advertised, there is no bath house or laundry but frankly they really are not necessary. The creek is fun for photography and... More

This campground is super clean with wonderful landscaping designed to give each site the feeling of seclusion. Asked for site on the creek with full shade and that was what we were provided. This campground probably wouldn't work for families looking for features to entertain kids within the campground, as there is no pool or other things catering to children.... More
