The room was not really cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in our shower and the linens. The linens were more of a brown color instead of white. Rooms above us was loud until after 2 am asked to be moved at 9 pm and was told there were only family rooms available and they couldn't put us in there.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!! Without going in to details I'll just tell you that I've had to eat $188 because of a mistake they made. They've been very rude and will not even apologize for charging my account (twice) by mistake. My vacation weekend turned in to a nightmarish headache. Save yourself the grief and steer clear.

Best service and great breakfast and ecspecially Sharon. Sharon goes out of her way to make sure our vacation is really nice there. Also, the rooms are very clean and pleasant to stay in and the staff makes us feel like were at home even though were not.
