We stayed there as part of a deal with Blue Green Vacations. Even though it was a nonsmoking room, it smelled like smoke. My sinuses were a mess. We didn't stay the second night. The furniture had the paint peeling off. We left the balcony door open at night to try to get some fresh air. The staff was very... More

There are many other hotels nereby that are the same price or cheaper that are cleaner and offer more. Their idea of breakfast was a joke. Someone stole our credit card number from there! When i reported it to the manager, they didn't investigate it further. It was semi clean but we were there 5 days and it wasn't vacuumed... More

The hotel was very convenient to all the area attractions. The staff was very nice, the room very clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was a little on the small size. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The continental breakfast area was entirely too small to accommodate an early morning crowd.

Our family (including a preschooler and infant) chose this hotel mainly for price, and based off of some of the reviews, we felt it was a good value. The hotel is in bad need of a renovation in all areas. The staff is indeed friendly, and we had a quiet, comfortable experience. However, some hotel basics that I would feel... More

Excellent and friendly customer service. Clean and nice sized rooms which has nice views of the river and mountains from the balcony. We saw children fishing in the river which i thought was pretty cool. Location is near lots of attractions. Did i say EXCELLENT customer of the service!?!

We stay here every time we visit the area, which is often. The balcony rooms are worth the extra money. The only downside is the breakfast, it could be better. But the cleanliness and friendly staff make up for it.

We chose this hotel because of price, but found out there are others that have been remodeled that are even cheaper. I paid extra for the balcony but the plastic chairs were dirty and I didn't feel comfortable sitting in them. The room was clean though our sheets had a cigarette burn in it. There was no soap in the... More

This is just one of the gazillion motels/hotels in Pigeon Forge but it's at the edge of Pigeon Forge rather than in the middle where all the commotion is. Front desk is very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the AC worked to perfection. Loved having the deck overlooking the river. Room cleaned well every day. Not all can... More

If you need a room to stay for a night and your requirements are (1) clean and comfortable bed (2) clean toilet, then this is the place. My room is not near the main road. The TV is the old type as carpark lots are limited.
