Clean, quiet hotel, close to everything. Does not sit right on the road, 200 feet or so off the strip. Appears quieter, less traffic, easy out and in with traffic light on street. Breakfast was good, hot waffles, fruit, coffee, and bagels toast, eggs, etc...

This hotel is well maintained, the staff is there to take care of guests in a family atmosphere. It has the lobby appearance and overall feeling of a bed & breakfast, rather than a hotel. However, all of the usual requirements for business travel are available as well.

This Hampton Inn is centrally located, clean, and Employees friendly and helpful. We extended our stay an additional 2 days due to Employees and location. All employees were informative and suggested sites of interest.

This hotel was a perfect location in Pigeon Forge and the price was reasonable. All of the staff made our stay a pleasant experience. They were always helpful by giving us ideas of where to eat and what to do during our stay. Of course there was no need to go out for breakfast because their breakfast bar was wonderful.... More

The location was great. Close to several attractions. Walking distance from Wonder Works, the Titanic museum and the Smoky Mtn Opry. . Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet location just off the parkway.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and very pretty to look at. As a female I really liked the vanity in the bathroom. It was large, plenty of outlets to plug items and the shelf just under the sink is awesome. This provides space to store items needed in the bathroom when not in use.... More

The Hampton in Pigeon Forge located on the Parkway is average at best. It is old and looks it. There is another Hampton on Teeter that is newer and is where I will stay in the future. The grounds are not well kept--so I doubt I would have used the pool. The parking lot does not look very secure.
