The room smelled musky, the floor was not swept at all. I had to get a vacum and sweep myself because the front desk attendant couldn't leave her post. No alarm clock in the room, and our phone didn't work for wake up call. We had to get the family suite because we have a larger family and they only... More

When we first came in the room it smelled funny- like a musty smell. It was dark outside so we didn't see much outside. Inside the room under the a/c unit the wall is broken, the light socket covers are lopsided and not covering the total hole cut, the one by the bathroom sink isn't even there. The counter that... This motel is not the best in the area but the price is nice. I was only staying 2 nights and decided to opt for low rates in March rather than amenities. The room was very adequate and quiet. Back off the street enough to not be bothered by traffic noise. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows.... More

I'm actually in this hotel as I'm writing this right now!!!! Rooms appeared clean but sheets on the bed were off white and didn't even have a cleaned smell to them. Same with pillows. VERY uncomfortable sleeping due to not feeling clean. Almost considered sleeping in my car Or purchasing a different hotel room and take a loss on the... More

My husband and I married in Pigeon Forge, Tn 15 years ago. We wanted to go back for an Anniversary trip. I read the reviews and was somewhat sceptical, however, I had to take my dog, so I had to stay where pet were excepted. Let me say in advance, I am a home based travel agent, so I am... More

just stayed one night, seemed very outdated.hard to get to from the road, you have to go through long john silver parking lot.Family of 4, but only 3 towels. credit card charged twice although they did refund. Just not worth staying in my opinion when there are so many better options available. More

My idea of a hotel is a place to crash. I'm always stuck trying to decide what I want in a hotel when I pick a destination. It always seems to be quite a decision... Sometimes, I choose a very inexpensive option. Most of the time, I end up kicking myself. This was the case w/ the Super 8 in... More

We decided to take our family on a mini vacation because the summer was so hectic and gas prices are so expensive. We called around a few area hotels and the prices were outrageous and the reservationist were no very nice when they found out we were locals. I called Super 8 in PF and the rates were great! Very... We come to Pigeon Forge a couple times a year. This was our first visit to Super 8 but it will not be our last. Easy access to Dollywood and Dixie Stampede and very affordable. I especially like their repeat customer discount. More

Initially as we pulled up to the hotel, we thought we were at an abandoned hotel. There were no cars, grass was all grown up, pool was gross, until we pulled up and a man standing inside the lobby smoking approached us and asked if we needed help. We then replied "Is this place even open?" He said yes and... More

It is unfortunate that this guest did not enjoy their stay with us while on vacation. I did personally meet with the guest while they were here and offered to upgrade them for free to a suite, to have their room deep cleaned including shampooing the carpet, to plug up an air purifier machine over night to purify the air...
