The owner Bailey was wonderful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and breakfast was awesome! Wonderful atmosphere. A great relaxing and restful experience. The bed and breakfast is in Paris, TN which is close to Kentucky Lake and Paris has a beautiful downtown area. The residents are very friendly and make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here recently for a business trip, and we were thoroughly pleased. The facilities are charming and classy. The owner is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, as well as helpful with any needs that may arise. We have stayed in Paris, TN, for business on several occasions, both in this establishment and in others, and we highly... More

Found Bailey and his lovely 1909 B&B on airbnb. We stayed in the Rose room with our two Boston Terriers. The room had its own private bath with claw tub and romantic fireplace; despite being winter we were very warm. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved chatting with Bailey. My only regret is that we were only passing through and... More

My wife stayed here on Valentine's Day (she wanted to go to Paris - haha). Bailey and Tammy were great, Friendly, accommodating and Tammy made an amazing breakfast that was tailored to my carnivorous and my wife's vegetarian tastes. The furnishings were beautiful and very comfortable. It was very cold that night and the old house did not heat up... More

If you're looking for real Southern hospitality and a place where you can feel "at home", Bailey McSwain's Home Sweet Home is ideal. Great breakfast, prepared fresh to your taste every morning, quiet, very clean and neat accommodations. Close to downtown with all you could ask shopping options, not to mention historic court house and churches nearby. Parking is very... More

Hell-o Carole, and thank you for your wonderful words. Carole has stayed at my B&B several times and has now grown accustomed to being spoiled; as well she should.... Carole, come back soon... we all miss you! Thanks again for the nice comments... Bailey. More

Very nice proprietor - Bailey. Cares a lot about his guests. Nice amenities in an updated 1909 house. Best "lodging" in Paris, TN and close to downtown as well as hospital. Also safe area as police station is nearby.

First of all, my husband and I wanted somewhere different to visit for a weekend, and decided on Paris, TN. We are so glad we did. Bailey greeted us with a glass of wine, and a pizza fresh out of the oven. The moment we saw this beautiful home, we where hooked. It is the most pleasant stay we have... More

I recently traveled alone to Paris, Tennessee from Louisiana to do historical research and stayed at this delightful B & B. The proprietor, Bailey, was so friendly and accommodating, as was his assistant Rose. The room was nice and the home is lovely. I felt like I was visiting cousins! Breakfast was wonderful. Bailey baked a fresh zucchini bread, awesome!... More

If you would like to experience a stay in an old HISTORIC restored home, Home sweet Home Bed and Breakfast is worth a try. We spent 3 nights in this grand old house. Rooms were clean and well decorated with clean and comfortable furnishings. The Breakfast was only average compared to similar B & B's.

My wife and I stopped here overnight on our way to Memphis. We are pleased we did. The B&B is a lovely building with lots of facilities and is good value for money. We stayed in the Rose Suite which was clean and came with an open (gas) fire, ceiling fan, southern literature, hardwood floors and an ensuite with claw... More
