The hotel was excellent, in a good proximity to a large 24/7 Walmart and several great restaurants. We had to stay for about two weeks, and the service had been very nice. The breakfast was ordinary, though I really liked their waffles with strawberries. The swimming pool was not used by anyone at the time of my stay (August), and... More

Stayed at this hotel while attending a four day seminar for work. The accommodations were adequate for what I needed - beds were comfortable, had plenty of hot water, and housekeeping kept the room stocked with plenty of towels. While this hotel does have a free breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, coffee, etc., the items on the breakfast bar... More

We enjoyed this hotel. It is in a good spot - across from a Kruger's grocery. The room was a bit small, but clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and got us in our room early. In addition, we were in town for a regatta and this was one of the few hotels that did not bump... More

Thank you for letting me know of your recent issue. I was so concerned with the problem you had that I have called you personally. I feel that we did not take care of you as we should have and I addressed that directly with you. I am using the information you shared to speak with the staff about a)... More

Stayed here on two different occasions during a one week period. Two different rooms, two different experiences. One room had no issues. One room smelled like body odor and the light in the bathroom flickered. One thing was consistent between the two rooms...the beds creaked. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast pretty good...I enjoyed the fresh waffles with (not fresh)... More

very clean. Hot breakfast is not bad at all. I forgot my watch in the hotel and realized it in Nasville. Called the front desk, and a very nice gentleman confirmed that somebody turned in the watch. 3 days later I received the watch by mail. All I can say is excellent customer service!!!

We traveled with a group of almost 40 people to attend a concert in nearby Clinton, TN. and we all stayed at this Inn. My last experience with Quality Inn wasn't a good one so I was a bit sceptical that this would be any better. But - it was!! This is a truly southern hotel located in a beautiful... More

This hotel is in a great spot. Out the back door is a Wendy's, Applebys, Long John Silver, Krystal. Also out back are 3 churches - Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist. Nearby is a movie theater, CVS, Walgreen's, JC Penney, grocery store, strip mall. All are walkable. In the lobby is a computer, free for guests. The pool is small but has... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights via a bid on Priceline. I found the staff to be pleasant and the hotel clean. The fridge in the room was loud at times. The breakfast is about what you expect from a Quality Inn. Although not all that healthy, decent variety and plastic utensils. My main complaint is the... More
