Loved the cleanliness and service. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and made you feel welcomed. Housekeeping did a great jib with cleaning and supplying supplies. If i ever revisit oakridge I would consider staying here again. Great place

My family has stayed at this hotel before and it is nicer than its star rating. Nothing fancy, but clean and in a good location. I am prompted today to write a review because one of their customer service reps, Zack, who went above and beyond to help me make arrangements for a last minute trip to see a family... More

I stayed in room 307 which was a non-smoking double room. The room itself was very nice. It included a coffee maker and a fridge. Breakfast was very good. Belgian Waffles with strawberry topping, biscuit and gravy, cereal, coffee. All hot items very very tasty. As for the small issues I saw. There were two: The toilet kept running all... More

Clearly it was an older property but joined the Choice family of properties recently and has been updated inside and out. Whatever was no longer is!!! We had a new mattress, bedding, linens, carpet, Precor exercise equipment and TV plus over the top CLEAN room. Centrally located, VERY responsive staff on front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room. Breakfast was typical... More

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn, Oak Ridge TN on August 2, 2013. We had been on the road for 12 hours and were exhausted. We checked in late - around 10pm and got a non-smoking $100 room on the second floor. The odor hit us immediately as we walked in the door to the room. It... More

My family and I stayed here one night. The room was nice. They have double beds instead of queens which was a little disappointing but we knew this beforehand. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom are small but it worked fine. There was adequate space for all our luggage. There was a desk & chair, a sitting... More

We found the front desk person to be very friendly. Nice breakfast area and kept stocked-usual Quality Inn selections (many more selections than I usually have at home for breakfast!). Room was cleaner than most motels and altho the rug was stained, our socks showed no dirty residue. Our only complain was the inferior internet access but we were told... More

I general stay with the Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn locations while out of time on business. The Quality Inn was more of a convienence the night I stayed there. I will most certainly stay there again without hesitation. Clean hotel in all aspects. Great televisions, guest services was professional and accommodating. The standard room is small but I'm staying for... More

We arrived late and exhausted, and the young man at the desk had us in our room in minutes. Quiet room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast (we were there on a Saturday, and it wasn't much of a spread). Good coffee (available around the clock). The room we had was small for a modern motel, but everything was clean. My only... More
