My husband and I recently stayed for 4 nights in Nashville. This hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We had one small problem with the sheets/mattress pad not fitting on the mattress, and it was fixed immediately after we mentioned it to the front desk. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the Nashville... More

Yes, it's the old train station that is located next to the train tracks which are still used by freight trains...so it's noisy. I was fortunate enough to only hear the trains horns at 10:30 pm and 5:00 am as my room faced the parking lot to the rear of the hotel, but others with my party had rooms on... More

Our first time in Nadhville and realizedthataccomodations were hard to come by last minute. We ended up at this awesome hotel, even though it was out of our price range. We only stayed one night and really didn't spend much time in our room as we were out enjoying the nightlife. Check it out!

Staff of Hotel were very professional and gracious. However, the hotel is over priced and overrated. In a 2 room and 500+ suite only 2 glasses were allowed. The restaurant was a total disaster. Did not have enough menus to seat us at our reserved time even though they had empty tables. Took a long time for food and it... More

Often times historic equates to antiquated, old and uncomfortable but not here. The Union Station Hotel has managed to keep the charm of the old train station but add the comfort of air conditioning, very comfortable beds, modernly decorated rooms, wifi, etc. Additionally, this hotel is in the heart of downtown Nashville with many interesting sites within walking distance.

The lobby is beautiful.Supposedly we had one of the best rooms? It was the king size top floor. There is a beam in the room that you hit your head on, the sheets did not fit the bed,so basically you sleep on the mattress...Yuk!! The headboard on the bed was peeling off, just all around a junky room!

Passing through Nashville visiting friends and headed to Kentucky for a wedding, I looked on line for a place to stay to break up the drive. This hotel is incredible! Beautiful old train station converted to a hotel. Being a Marriott Rewards Platinum member, they hooked me up with a gorgeous corner King room with no lie, 20 ft ceiling... More

From the moment you walk into the grand lobby with vaulted ceilings, stained glass and art deco decor to the time you enter your elegantly appointed room, you will feel a sense of history, grandeur and luxury that are not found in newer hotels in Nashville. Formerly a bustling train station, the offices were turned into guest rooms and the... More

As for our family, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful downtown landmark, rooms very clean, nice & friendly staff and very convenient to the Brodway strip, keep in mind, it's expensive , once you figure in all the fees & taxes, & parking. No problem with noise as mentioned in some other reviews. I would definitely stay again and... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in early May. Almost everything about it was great. We stayed in room 503 and did not hear any train noise at all. And our room was huge by normal hotel room standards. The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding, very good, very fast, friendly service. Easy walk to the honky tonks... More

Dear TomPlatinum, Thank you for taking the time to recognize our friendly staff and for sharing your outstanding breakfast experience. Parking is a challenge throughout downtown Nashville and the retrieval of cars at check-out must run smoothly so as to leave every guest with a positive impression. As you noted, our location does allow for an easy walk to the... More
