The room in the Union Station was quite nice, but, unfortunately, it looked out at an archway and was dark during the day. The lobby, bar and restaurant are all beautiful and the service was excellent. The walk to the music scene on Broadway and to the Country Music Hall of Fame was a bit long, but quite safe. The... The Union Station Hotel in Nashville provides a wonderful stay. The 125 guest rooms are well appointed, spacious and well decorated. Our room on the 7th floor had 2 sinks in a long bathroom counter -convenient for 2 women to use at the same time. Soothing colors on the walls, carpet and window treatments, tall ceilings and lots of floor... More

We stayed at Union Station Hotel in March, 2012. The location is ideal for visiting downtown Nashville but I definitely would recommend renting a car while there to see some other parts of Nashville. The hotel is set in an old train station but the rooms are very contemporary. Room service was excellent for breakfast. Lobby bar looked really nice... More

The Union Station Nashville is a relatively attractive establishment. The designers, however, went a little overboard with the postmodern decor, attempting to be chic, they failed and deferred to cliché. Service is a high point, however for front desk staff, bell men as well as the restaurant servers. In fact, those service personnel were the highlight of our stay at... More

The hotel was ok. Not as wonderful as the pictures or website suggest. If you are into history then you should go see it. I WAS DOUBLE CHAEGED!! I paid for the hotel stay in cash upon leaving and my credit card was still charged. A hotel of this caliber should be more competent that this. When I called to... More

My husband and I just stayed here for 5 nights in a fantastic suite on the 4th floor. Union Station is a very special place with so much history. My son was getting married at Cheekwood on Saturday. Most of the wedding guests stayed here and loved the ambiance which was a definite positive. We had the Rehearsal Dinner on... More

I recently stayed here for business travel. The hotel is beautiful and historic. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. Convenient location and within walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Lovely, lovely hotel right on the edge of downtown Nashville. Beautiful building, gorgeous room with high celings and luxary bedding. Accomodating staff. Awesome birthday meal in the hotel restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat.

It almost pains me to give this hotel a 3 but I really do not think it deserves anything more than that. First with the good points: The hotel is gorgeous. The stained glass ceiling is amazing as are the 2 lovely staircases. The rooms are very well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The complementary bottles of water and... More

Beautiful hotel, great service, wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for anything better. If you can afford it (posted rate $399/night) well worth it, you do get what you pay for. The only 2 downfalls were the lobby/lounge bar closing down early so if you want to stay and have a few drinks you will have to bring your own or go... More
