We wanted a weekend getaway & got a deluxe suite, loved it. Excellent restaurant for both breakfast lunch and dinner. Entire staff was exceptionally kind. With some updating going on at several floors we can't wait to return. Some Nashville hotels have a weekend party tourist feel but the tone of this place is beautiful history, and class. It's not... Good location- cool building, in a great city. Hotel had spacious rooms, clean, well maintained with historic charm. Classic Marriott friendly and helpful staff! Great stay. Easy to get to and around town. Highly Recommend! Great for groups

The refurbished train station was transformed into an amazing hotel. It is gorgeous and you can feel the history in the building. Rooms were like any other- clean, comfortable, small. Food in the bar was amazing!

Beautiful in every way. This hotel reeks of history, opulence and world class comfort. I highly recommend it for history buffs and those looking for a little character in their accommodations. The only slight negative I have is that it's just a bit of a walk to downtown. If you want to be closer, try the Renaissance.

A very beautiful hotel in a wonderful location with terrific service!! The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this hotel, the location was close enough to walk to everything (or a short cab ride), and the staff was very helpful and friendly with great customer service. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel looked exactly like it did I the pictures. The outside looked historical and fancy. The lobby was opulent and grand. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. This includes, the doorman, the check in staff and everyone at the restaurant. The hotel was situated pretty close to the downtown area, but may be a little bit... More

This visit was for business and the meeting rooms in the basement are not ideal, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. Great food, friendly staff and perfect location downtown Nashville. The rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

A train station turned into a luxury hotel is a brilliant concept. To make this even better, though, the renovation, furnishings and decor are of the highest quality. You can picture people coming and going through the station as you stand in the incredible lobby. There are few hotels where you want to walk around different levels, but in Union... More

Dear FalconRick, Glad you enjoyed your stay at Union Station. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the hotel's woodwork and architecture is stunning and represents an era that just doesn't get duplicated today. Back when trains were the primary means of transportation, more than two dozen long-distance passenger trains passed through Union Station and the station itself employed as... More

If you enjoy unique, historical old buildings with character, this is the place for you! What a beauty! We went here for an anniversary weekend and we're treated like royalty! Only a short cab ride and you are downtown in the middle of music and fun! Back to the hotel it is still quiet and beautiful! Yes, there are still... More

This place is a total gem. The lobby is stunning owing to its conversion from an old train station. The front desk staff went out of their way to find us an upgrade for our special occasion. Our room had huge vaulted ceilings and was very nicely appointed. The rollaway bed we ordered for our son had a Tempurpedic mattress!... More
