What a lovely place to stay! The building has been restored meticulously, the large foyer is spectacular. Coffee and cake in the morning, tea and cookies in the afternoon - all of it delicious and on-the-house. The restaurant 108 was delicious, the bar is comfortable, has a nice wine list. A couple of complaints: $30 charge for valet parking; beds... More

Wow what a beautiful hotel in a converted train station! The lobby i(former grand hall) is stunning. All the folks that worked there were super nice and helpful. The lobby bar & restaurant were also good. The location is good, not great - adjacent to noisy train tracks and a bit of a walk to where you likely want to... More

We stayed for two nights. Our room was very odd (they are all different), our bathroom didn't have a door which made romance a little awkward when you cant toilet in private!! In addition the bed was only a double size, most hotels are king so it felt small. That all said the staff were very lovely and helpful. The... More

Friendly staff. Rooms are hit or miss just due to the unique location in the old train station. The architecture is wonderful as they have done a nice job keeping the character of the historic building. Try to stay on the upper floors. The 1st floor can feel a little like you are in the basement.

Few hotels will "wow" you like this historical hotel. The lobby is worth just stopping to visit. Our King Bed Room was very spacious, clean and enjoyable. We wish a hotel at this level would have had a mini fridge/mini bar. No Pool but YMCA available. Parking is expensive to say the least $28 or $30 Valet. If I had... More

Just spent two days staying at this Marriott property. This is in the old Union Station which is truly a beautiful building that does live up to its' historic designation. The lobby is grand and beautiful.... and having a drink at their lobby bar is where I would recommend ending your visit. Unfortunately the rooms do not live up to... More

The property is gorgeous and really reflects the Union Station of old. A grand entrance with great valet (which it should be for $30/night). I checked in late, so front desk was not busy. Attentive staff, albeit they need to understand their customer before spending 15 minutes explaining all the amenities "I wouldn't" use since I was checking out at... More

My husband and I went to Nashville for 4th of July weekend. We decided to go with Union Station b/c the hotel looked amazing online and seemed to be a pretty good location to downtown. This is a fantastic building- an old RR station hotel from 1900. the lobby is an architectural wonder and a great place to just hang out and read the paper. We had a great brunch in the Prime restaurant, the bedrooms were very nice, the staff pleasant and attentive. just a short walk to downtown Nashville's tourist district, capitol.
