This hotel cannot be faulted...it is simply one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly, professional, helpful and polite. The lobby is an architectural masterpiece and the rooms are all tastefully decorated in period style. It is also centrally located allowing for ease of access to SoBro, Music Row and Third Man Records.... More

Walk in and prepare to be impressed by the lobby, which is a stunning reuse of a historic building. Rooms are very comfy, bathrooms nicely appointed (though hot water is slow to arrive). All good for settling in, and falling asleep....and then the trains come. Make sure to get a room away from the tracks or you'll find yourself awake... More

We very much enjoyed this hotel and will stay here next time in Nashville . Nice change from the typical hotel and the service was excellent . Food was very good and that is somewhat of a change from many hotels . Make sure you walk around the different areas of this hotel as the history of the converted train... More

I realize that space is at a premium downtown. My wife and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary, and wanted to stay downtown in Nashville. The only room I could get was a "Boutique" room at the Union Station. This is a beautiful motel. It's convenient to Music Row, being right on Broadway. But this room... First of all, it... More

I stayed here on a recent business trip and found the hotel to be a real good looker. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The location is good if you want to go see some live music, which by the way is everywhere in Music City. I'd recommend staying here.

Location is everything - and having an Historic Hotel in a great location - Magnificent. The hotel is beautiful; it used to be a railway station. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated. We dealt with the concierge several times (what a delight). She was full of helpful information and recommendations. It was a girls weekend and... More

We are from the UK. Booked a few days before whilst on a trip through Virginia and Tennessee. Very friendly Lady behind the desk. She gave us ideas of what to do and where to go in the evening. We were lucky enough to be there for the 1st night of music on the green. The hotel wasn't full and... More
