Beautiful property. Our room was small, but rather quiet. Ask for a room that does not face the train tracks. Staff was helpful, but the front desk staff was limited. Never did get refrigerator that was promised, said they would get help with my bags, but never did. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was perfect. Within walking... More

What a wonderful place to stay. I have often admired this hotel on trips to Nashville, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our king room was a little small, but not in any way cramped. I would definitely stay again. More

We were in town to attend the Bachanalia event at the nearby Christ Church Cathedral. The building is historic, unique and the lobby is truly amazing. We had a corner room which was quite grand in scale - as are the room and restaurant prices (but consistent with other upscale offerings in Nashville). The riverwalk and pubs are a good... More

Stayed here two nights on business. Excellent, convenient downtown location. Very nice meeting space if you get the third floor conference rooms (1st floor conference room was quite noisy). Lovely old train station with lots of charm and beautifully restored. Room was fantastic - quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Service was also excellent as the workers were friendly and very helpful.... More

I see why it isn't ranked higher on list of Nashville hotels. Pricey and while the lobby is breath taking, our room was just so-so. We were on 8th floor, so that was nice, and trains came through but that was expected and somewhat quaint considering it is the Union Station. Wish there were more historical artifacts around. A few... More

$400 per night for the room, trains and traffic all night long kept me up. There is a train track right nearby and if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear the whistle several times at night. I think the building material doesn't keep the noise out very well. The place looks nice in the lobby area but our room was... More

I paid around $500 to stay in a deluxe room in this hotel for a night. They put us in the handicapped accessible room which was much smaller than the rooms featured online. Also, IT HAD NO BATHROOM DOOR! This is a room with two double beds. We were three girls staying together and it was that time of the... More

Loved this hotel. Little pricey but well worth it. The lobby is breathtaking. Our room was roomy and cozey. Only a short 5 minute walk to all the honky tonks! Will definitely be back. Stayed two nights; the staff could not have been more accomodating! Thank you Union Station Hotel for a great Easter weekend stay! More
