I found this hotel to be elegant yet modern. The building appears to be made of stone and opnce was a train station. Now some caution, one side of the hotel faces six active running lines of train tracks. This meant ongoing nose all the time. The front desk efficiently handled a room relocation the other side of the building.... more

If you are any sort of a train buff, this is the hotel for you. The renovation of an old train station into a hotel is nothing short of amazing. Service and attitude of the young enthusiastic staff couldn't be beat. I asked for a room near the trains and was given one on the fourth floor overlooking the tracks.... more

My company had the opportunity to hold a two day Managers Meeting at the Union Station Hotel in Nashville, TN. in May of 2009. What an awesome experience! Planning the meeting was a breeze with Union Station’s helpful, knowledgeable Executive Meeting Manager to work and plan with, eager to make my meeting a success, and attending to every detail. The... more

Besides and interesting location in an old fashioned train station this hotel in centrally located near Nashville's main drag. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived several hours before our scheduled check in (our flight landed early) they found us a room quickly. Hubby went on this trip as a last romantic trip before he deployed for a year.... more

Beautiful Hotel, Staff was stuck up and acted as if they were better than you, cleaning crew does shabby job and doesn't refill the free items. It took forever for our bags to come up since they have only 2 luggage carts for the whole place. Parking is $24 a day. A can of soda is $1.25!!! This place is... more

My wife and I stayed there for three nights in April /09 and loved it. As everyone says, the lobby and main floor really are spectacular. We were booked in to a room on the 5th, but overlooking the train tracks. The hotel had been almost fully booked for a convention, so they didn't have many rooms available. They said... more

If you want to stay somewhere a little different, this is the place for you. The lobby is incredible. The night we were here they had a guy playing very mellow jazz guitar walking around the lobby - we sat there for a while after dinner enjoying the music and the spectacular architectural detail. We booked last minute for a... more

My husband and I go to Nashville at least once a month. We stayed at Union Station for a romantic weekend getaway. It was a nice hotel, we also ate at the resturant on the in the hotel Prime 108. The hotel and the resturant are a bit over priced. The staff is so so. The rooms are beautiful, and... more

My experience was just above average. The hotel exterior and lobby are quite unique and memorable. My room's decor was pretty nice, with very high ceilings and lots of sunlight coming through huge windows, but a horrible view. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice, I like how they made the most of the space. However, the... more

My husband and I were in Nashville to attend a funeral of a friends mother. We researched restaurants and hotels and thought that Union Station would be a interesting choice and a great way to experience the city. The first night I was up late with what had to be food posioning. I was horribly ill through the night. The... more
