The lobby is under construction. A real mess. But getting beyond that, the room was standard, average fair. Clean and no problems. Breakfast room was ok but nothing thrilling. Some not bad restaurants across the street but not much else was near.

The hotel is well situated for Nashville downtown attractions, the hotel is also undergoing extensive building work in the Lobby so it is a bit of a building site, however it is clean and comfortable. Nice large breakfast room and a decent breakfast.

The staff was rude when I tried to explain about other visitors parking in non-parking stops and blocking traffic. The room smelled of urine and there were cigarette burn on the blankets of our non-smoking room. The location was what enticed our stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovations of the reception area. The room smelled of mold or mill due. The towels were like the ones I wash my car with. Would be ok if cleaned it up a bit.

The picture on the website is very misleading. When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing renovation and there was dust everywhere. Our room was....dry. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom tiny. Sheets and towels were grey. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love this hotel. Within walking distance to Broadway... clean and very affordable. I made the mistake of dropping my phone in an allied cab. Called the phone and spoke to the driver he said he would return it for $40. I was in shock since the trip in the cab only cost me $12 from Broadway to the hotel.... More
