I am normally a Hilton guy but my boss insisted on this hotel. I am glad he did! The hotel is located in the middle of all the action in downtown Nashville. You can't go wrong with the location. The check in process was very easy and the staff does a great job getting you on your way. The attendant... More

Yes, the building/room is not fancy or new, but I thought it was clean and adequate at this price level. Lobby was efficient and staff was friendly. Lots of elevators. Gym and pool was very nice. No fridge nor honour bar/snacks in room. Didn't see an in-room safe either. Bathroom was average, but clean enough. Couldn't ask for better location.... More

I recently stayed here with my mom and two nephews. We all loved it. The location can't be beat. The entire hotel was really clean. The boys swam in the pool one night and had a great time. While we were there they were having a benefit concert on the bridge. It was such a great time. We had a... More

Renaissance Nashville is an average hotel in Downtown Nashville. Although it's an older property and the rooms show their age, the service was very good. Front desk staff was very warm, friendly and efficient. This hotel is within walking distance of some local bars/restaurants. A/C was not as strong as I'd like, but it was adequate. Overall an okay business... More

We stay in Nashville downtown about once a month, normally staying at the Sheraton. We decided to take our daughter for anovernight stay and wanted to stay somewhere very close to downtown. This was a very quick walk to broadway, so the location is perfect. Pick a high floor facing broadway, ask the desk and they will try to find... More

Just stayed in Nashville. Staff is great. Lobby are is very appealing. Rooms, while clean, are tired and need an update-not worth the price. WiFi is $13.95 per day...give me a break! It is time for the "upscale" hotels to upgrade and offer free WiFi in the rooms. As a business traveler, this is a tiresome policy.

My husband and I stay at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel often when we visit Nashville to attend shows at the Ryman. The hotel is conveniently located only 2 blocks from the Ryaman auditorium. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The parking deck is across the street from the hotel and there is a crosswalk that goes from the... More

I stayed here due to a tradeshow at the Convention Center. The Customer Service staff were friendly, efficient and very competent. The check-in and check-out were quick with no hesitations. I had a package mailed to the hotel and I was notified immediately upon check-in and it was delivered promptly. I only ate at the restaurant once for lunch and... More

Stayed Here last weekend for a family getaway, we had 2 rooms side by side. We could not have asked for a better location for shopping, reataurants and nightlife. The staff was great, except the maid missed cleaning one of our rooms. We ate at the breakfast buffet on Sunday and the chef made us some wonderful omelets. He was... More

On the positive side, it's clean and front desk staff helpful. But... There are 20-some floors and one elevator was working this morning. Two hundred people were trying to get downstairs for the start of a meeting - not a good outcome. I also found it funny that you can buy the hotel shower head for $200+, but the shower... More
