Try to pass this off as a high class hotel, I've stayed in cleaner motels. The staff was friendly and helpful in all departments. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Old bath mats should be thrown away. I stayed at this hotel for a conference. Location was nice and rooms were adequate...if you like cool temperatures. You cannot adjust the thermostats in the rooms to be warmer than 69 degrees!
