It's seldom that you visit a place for a second time and your experience is enhanced to the point that you always want to be back and visit for no reason. It's such a massive hotel yet you feel like a Mom and Pop type of establishment. The managers are so well trained in people skills (Stanca Kassem).... that from... More

We're here for a conference/hackfest that involves long hours. Having great food and drink around is a necessity to keep going, and they delivered. Having incredible service staff in the ballroom we were camped out in for three days was amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating! They accommodated the special requests they could for those of us with special... More

We stay at this hotel a few times a year. It's a classic Marriott with a nice and helpful team. It's s block from Broadway and live music. It's close to the sports center, Rylan Auditorium, the country music museum, and the new Music City Convention Center. The convention center located in the hotel is nice, too.

Great service, great views, lovely rooms. ..... This combined with pool, gym and a Starbucks downstairs is terrific. The concierge Andrew was well informed and went well beyond his job description to make our stay well above expectations. His picks for restaurants, attractions to see and where to stroll around were perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent three nights at this hotel from 01-04 Oct. which was part of a group tour visiting the south. Our room was really lovely with two queen sized beds, bath with overhead shower, large marble vanity, hair dryer, ironing board plus iron, ipod station. phones and internet facilities, coffee/tea, fridge, safe and plenty of desk space. No free wifi... More

We had the pleasure of staying here 4 nights for a convention. The staff went beyond expectations in every way. After going to Grand Ole Opry my wife was knocked down stairs leaving and sustained an injury. Upon arrival back at hotel we notified them and the sent Katie and her team up with first aide kit to evaluate her... More

I stayed here for a conference last month and I honestly have to say that this is one of the BEST conventions hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in to check out, everything was exceptional. The restaurant at the hotel "Commerce Street Grill" had a great breakfast buffet including a build your own omelette station. The Bridge Bar is... More

I stayed here last week for a conference. The check in was a breeze they were even able to accommodate myself and my business partners with rooms on the same floor. The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away from Broadway and the bar on the 4th floor has an amazing view to start off the night.

This is a business hotel and is quite slick at what it does. Rooms were better than I expected and cannot reasonably be faulted. Check in / out excellent - 5 lifts great so no waiting. Breakfast was ok although after 2 days went to a sandwich place next door called panera? Only downside I would say is that the... More

Thank you for staying with us! I was glad to read that our rooms were better than you expected, we went through a renovation and all guest rooms have been remodeled. We also had all of our elevators go through a complete modernization which makes them work more efficiently. We hope you visit Music City again soon! More

I stayed at the Renaissance Nashville for a conference in late September. They allowed me to check in early, however they were not able to accommodate my request for a king bed. They have a great café on the 3rd floor, and a Starbucks on the 1st floor. The room was very clean, although and the bathroom was very tidy... More
