Was here for 4 days at a conference. Conference center attached to the hotel. Great view of Broadway from room. Access to nightlife and helpfulness of staff was great. No complaints at all. Some tips: get to on-site restraunt early, same with fitness center. Both are large but both fill up fast at noon and at 5

I stayed here for one night to attend a conference at the Music City Center. Unfortunately they were booked up for the rest of the week so we had to move after one night. The remodel to this hotel was amazing. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was great! I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff was very friendly. Only downside is that is a very large hotel and some of the guests were not so pleasant. It is walking distance from everything you would want to experience in downtown Nashville

By and large, the hotel was very nice, though it did miss on a couple of points. Upon driving up, there's not much space to pull your car up to the front door, though there were some helpful people managing the situation. You can choose between valet parking ($35/night) or self-parking ($10). The self-parking is in a garage connected to... More

Local couple staying for one night to enjoy a night downtown. First time here as we have previously been Hilton users but are now staying in Marriott properties. I like this hotel as much as the downtown Hilton although with the Hilton you do have a spearate living area Stayed on 12th floor in a corner room. Room is updated... More

Wow. I was surprised to see the rooms had been renovated. They have thought of just about eveything. Updated look, night light in the bathroom, comfy beds and thirsty towels. Right in the heart of the citywhere it's handybto nightlife. I recommend it highly.

My hotel experience was fine, but when I met Rhachel in the bar area it became great. She was professional and kind and an absolutely great host. Employees like her are what makes a good hotel great! Wish her all the best.

This was my first time in Nashville and I couldn't have stayed at a better hotel. The entire staff was fantastic and it was conveniently located near all the hot spots. However, on my last day as we had to store luggage and make travel arrangements to the airport- Marc, Bell Captain, provided such professional, friendly customer service that I... More

This is my fourth time staying at the Renaissance Nashville. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and recommend it to anyone who travels to the area. The front desk staff is very courteous and prompt during check in, rooms are updated and clean, there is a Starbucks in the lobby and most importantly, the hotel is within stumbling distance to downtown... I stayed at this hotel for one night after my flight was diverted to Nashville instead of Charlotte. I arrived to the hotel late and was greeting by a very nice girl at the front desk. She welcomed me as a Platinum rewards member and found a lovely corner king room on the 11th floor. The bed was so comfortable... More
