Booked this hotel through hotels.com and got a good rate (76.00+tax). Check in was a piece of cake, the room was a really nice size, king bed was great! Everything was really nice. coffee pot, hair dryer, included. Huge flat screen tv. We did utilize the shuttle service to go downtown and that was as promised. We called the lobby... More

My sister and I stayed at the Millennium Maxwell for two nights. Had a hard time finding it, as our GPS wasn't working properly. Finally had to call the hotel and ask for directions and was given a different address than what they list on their internet sight. We had dinner and happy hour drinks in the bar. The service... I booked the hotel through Priceline and was initially scared when I read the other reviews. My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend and thought it was a decent hotel. The lobby has been remodeled, but the rooms are older. The rooms were clean and that is what matters to me. The hotel was... More

Let me start by saying I don't agree with the rating on this hotel. There is no way this should be a 3.5 star facility. The bathrooms are dated with old standard tub showers with 1970's style ceramic tile. Our first day here was fine, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our problem began on day two. We... Overall: The stay was okay...just okay. There was very little "right" about this hotel. I will highlight them below. But in my opinion, this is quite possibly the most over-rated hotel I have ever stayed with. Room: -Clean for the most part with the exception of the bathroom and major red flag with the bedding -Bed was uncomfortable. Probably in... More

The hotel on the outside looked decent enough, however the room was terrible - everything looked (including the bed and the sheets) like they were 20+ years old. I am also vegetarian and without a car when I was visiting - the hotel itself had nothing I could eat and I was hard pressed to find a restaurant that would... More

A dated but clean hotel room was what we found after a 13 hour drive to Nashville. Desk personnel and drivers were very helpful for us in planning out site seeing! Parking is free and the shuttle service amazed me. Call the hotel, give them the address you are at (within a 5 mile radius) and in 15 minutes you... More

We have stayed here a few times and it's always a pleasure. Great staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel is super easy to get to and centrally located. Nice building, nice grounds, pool well maintained.

We booked this hotel online wanting to stay in the downtown Nashville area to avoid parking hassels when visiting the center city attractions. Upon our arrival we found the hotel to be not even close to the downtown area. The hotel itself is nice and our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used some updating and new tile... More

I don't really get the negative reviews. My room was nicely up-to-date. Bed comfortable. The bathroom really needs a countertop (no where to put your stuff) but otherwise perfect. Everything worked. The rooms are on par with your average business class hotel. Convenient location near Vanderbilt and downtown, and free parking, which was great. The only thing I didn't love... More
