Stayed at Millennium for a business conference. The staff were all very nice, but the smell in the conference rooms was truly unbearable. The staff responded politely with fresheners multiple times during the day, but it really couldn't touch the problem. My sleeping room was dated, with a door that was fairly mangled at the bottom. A true disappointment.

I attended a three day meeting at the State building so we chose the Millennium Maxwell House as our hotel due to convenience of location. The room and facility appeared clean, but in need of some minor repairs. There was an indention in my bathroom door and places over the vanity where the ceiling was cracked and peeling. On the... Stayed here a few days for a work conference held nearby. Unlike other reviewers, I had a very pleasant stay. Some of the decor and furnishings were slightly outdated, but overall, pretty much everything was to my satisfaction. Staff were easy to interact with and made sure our group was taken care of. The bar/restaurant staff were especially attentive when... More

The Millennium House is very clean, on a nice property and had nice rooms (we had a good view of the city, our friends had a good view of the pool). What really made our experience memorable is that housekeeping called us a few hours after we checked out and informed us we had left clothes hanging in the closet.... More

We would definitely recommend staying here. This is about 10 min drive from downtown Nashville. We had an excellent stay in Nashville here. The staff are very nice and they offer a complimentary shuttle to downtown. We never had to wait for a shuttle ride, which runs until 10:30 pm. Only $13 for a taxi ride from downtown if you... More

This was one of the better rates we could find in an area convienent to downtown. A friend and I brought our kids to Nashville to visit for the day and found the accomodations perfectly adequate for our needs. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the rate was good! The pool looked very nice but unfortunately... More

This is a great choice for your stay in Nashville! Free shuttle to downtown runs every 20 minutes all day. Up to date and renovated rooms were clean and quite. Great "Nashville" decor throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and and free shuttle service during out weekend trip to Nashville. My complaint is that I reserved the room in February with a government rate discount. Upon arrival I realized I had forgotten my ID badge and told them it was okay to charge me the regular rate. The difference in price was $100 for... More

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had...which says a lot because I've seen some doozies. The room was not clean and smelled musty, but the service was much worse. They allowed a bunch of college kids to carry on screaming and yelling in the halls all night. This is not a place for business travelers or families for... More

Would have been a suitable room for under $70, but the price was over $100. Leaky sink, musty smell, hard beds, rust in bathtub had been painted white, tv would power up on its own, remote control numbers were worn away (except for the 5). I've stayed at nicer 2 star hotels.
