My husband and I checked into the Millennium Maxwell Hotel on May 16, 2015. To say the least I was very disappointed. First it is not near the downtown area, however it does provide a free shuttle. The hotel room was abused, worn, scratched, and the toilet did not function correctly. The faucet was not functioning correctly either, the bathroom... More

Recently stayed here with my girlfriend for our trip to Nashville. Upon entering the hotel you can't help but notice how dated it looks, a few nice touches such as the piano but overall very tired looking. The same applies to the room which was big enough, but needs refurbishment. The hotel location is what makes it a little cheaper... More

I have stayed at the Millennium in time square also. I have to say that this chain seems to advertise themselves has high end, but the tow properties I have stayed at are far from it. This is a tired property advertised on Priceline as being downtown. It is at least two miles outside of downtown. Very deceptive. The rooms... More

I stayed here with a friend who chose the hotel for us. We felt safe and were seemingly close to downtown. I probably would not have chosen this hotel had I been behind the "wheel", but it was not a complete let down. We were supposed to have a bed with two king or queen size beds (can't remember which).... More

I don't even know where to begin. Have you ever stayed in a hotel where you avoided going to your room because you couldn't stand being in it?? Have you ever left early on your last day because you couldn't wait to leave?? On it's face this Hotel would appear to be grand in style. It has a beautifully landscaped... More

Recently my wife and I made a trip to Nashville to check on our guitar-playing, rock star hoping son. School at Belmont was complete and he was moving to an apartment for the summer. We drove up to Nashville on a lovely evening and met up with my son at his new digs. Since we were going to be staying... More

We stayed for two nights and returned on second day to find our beds unmade and no clean towels. Housekeeping had left a note saying they couldn't make beds because 'personal items had been left on them'. This consisted of one neatly folded pair of pj's on a pillow of each bed. There was no comment about the towels. On... More

We were there late January 2015. It was a comfortable size room, clean, with a hot shower. Some area's of the hotel are a little dated. The price won't break the bank. We were a few miles from downtown, the a shuttle service makes a short visit easy to get around. The cafe has a full menu but serves a... More

Our stay was overall satisfactory. The rooms are a bit outdated, but overall clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was very handy. We got this room via a Priceline express deal and it is considered "downtown" Nashville. This hotel is not really anywhere near downtown Nashville, but the shuttle service and a quick cab ride make it accessible. It is... More

We wanted to stay in the downtown area but couldn't find a room anywhere. This hotel served its purpose for just one night but it wasn't very nice. Room was very small and the walls were very thin. I think this hotel is due for an update and a good cleaning.
