I arrived at the hotel about 12 am. Check-in was very easy. I only had to show my ID. When I arrived at the room and opened the door, it had a nice fragrance permeating in the room. I was thinking they were trying to hide something, but after I was in the room for a while, I didn't smell... More

Rude, slow and unprofessional front desk check-in with odd types that seem to be maintenance personnel and friends of the management hanging around the lobby. The rooms are disgusting and the hotel is next to an empty lot that is populated by vagrants. Dreadful place and area to stay. Did not attempt to connect to their free wifi.

This was a stop on the way to another destination. Just spent the night. It has a nice pool and a basic free continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. It's right off the expressway just north of Nashville, so it's real convenient for a stop-over. This isn't a five star hotel and doesn't pretend to be. But for... More

My daughter and her friends stayed here the weekend of the Ed Sheeran concert, and were livid when they got home. The room was mediocre at best, though that's not their biggest complaints. A highlight of events was that the room was dirty, it had dead cockroaches, there were drunks on the balcony outside their room all day and night,... More

We stayed the weekend for a concert and was excited for the affordable hotel. A hotel that came with dead cockroaches, a very scary part of Nashville, beds that didn't even have fitted sheets (so if you move around at all on your sleep, you'll be sleeping on the nasty mattresses), hard mattresses that made the floor a much more... I asked repeatedly if my card would be charged upon check in, was told no. But I was charged causing my bank account to go negative also leaving me with no money for the next day to eat on. None of the staff could reverse the charge stated they didn't know how that I would have to call back and... More

Arrived at 10:00 at night after driving from orlando. Office seemed a little sketchy. Checked in/ checked out immediately. Had gone into room, greeted with crappy red wall that wasn't completely painted (looked like blood). Stopped at door and pulled back bedding. Mattress was disgusting. Large stain in middle. Other mattress wasnt even swept off, still had trash on it.... More

Wasn't entirely bad. I was out here for musical purposes with my friends. Pool was closed during the entire duration of my stay. Probably wouldn't be back. I was happy there weren't any bed bugs or cockroaches as I had read with past reviews. Sheets on my bed were still pretty dirty with green/white stains...(don't want to question where the... More
