Some of the staff were really nice - others were quite rude. Only one of the elevators was working - waited for 10 minutes for an elevator when checking out. Continental Breakfast was weak for a Hampton - I expect better from them. Good location. You can tell that this is an old hotel. Limited parking. more

we chose this hotel because of it's proxsimity to the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Ctr...we did get a "medical rate" which was nice.. but our room just wasn't clean....the dust was on the top of the headboard of the bed.. on the light fixtures..the mirrors had finger prints on them.
