Very nice place. We love Nash and frist time we stayed here and it was very easy to find without gps. Close to down town free shuttle. Nice places to eat or have a drink. I will be back. : ) See u soon!!!

The hotel is within walking distance (4 blocks) of St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. The FREE shuttle that runs from 7 am to 11 pm is super convenient, way easier than paying for parking downtown. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Our stay was excellent. Beautiful, clean room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend this location to other travelers. The free shuttle available to customers within a two mile radius was much appreciated as we were unfamiliar with the area.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. I had a minor concern, but the management staff was extremely helpful and worked diligently to rectify the concern. I would stay at this hotel again due to the excellent customer service and great breakfast! Having parking included was a big plus as well in this area!

Stayed here longer than anticipated thanks to the snowstorm. I was relieved they could extend my stay otherwise I'd have been camping out goodness knows where. Check in quick and efficient. Truly enjoyed the stay. The staff was very professional and attentive. Will stay again next visit. The beds are very comfortable and the location is strategically placed near restaurants and entertainment. I was in town for a specific family related medical issue and the accommodations were perfect.

In town for college visits, turned into being snowed in for two days. The hotel staff went out of their way to make this unique stay not only bearable but memorable. We stayed there last year and it was great again. With the storm in Nashville they were so accommodating!!! Had a list of restaurants that were available to us for dine in or delivery. The staff was just awesome!!!

I got stuck in Nashville during Snowstorm Jonas. The hotel I had stayed at was full, so I had to move to the Hampton Inn for an extra night.
