I was mostly disappointed both during the booking of the room and check-in. When I booked the room the reservation agent stated that there was a double available. Biggest complaint would be that the pillows are too thick. They weren't comfortable, so set pillow aside and slept without one. Not too sound-proof. Heard group of men across hall laughing and talking late into the night with the doors closed. Front desk staff were helpful, but not necessarily warm and cordial. More
