Oh.. where to begin with this hotel? First a bunch of kids were there for some sort of party. We had to have them kicked out (not really the hotel's fault, and they did do a good job of taking care of it, but when it was mentioned in the morning we were brushed off with that because it was... more

First the staff were unfriendly and unaccomadating. There were workers everywhere.landscaping and remodeling. And the workers were staying at the hotel. My daughter and I were there for a spring break get away and we were uncomfortable with men everywhere. We were not aware that this would be going on. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket and bed spread had holes... more

Great staff, very helpful for directions with local attractions. Good breakfast. Very easy and fast check-in after a long drive. Close to the airport and Oprymills. Lounge was good as well as the rest of the hotel. more

Nice place. Our room was the one with king bed, clean and neat. In the evening there were managerial special cocktails (although in plastic cups; it was not expected from them) The hot breakfast was nice too. Staff was nice, we were there for just one night so did not get a chance to interact with them much. Breakfast Menu:... more

This was our 3rd year in a row for The country Music Festival and we stayed here all three years. Not far from downtown used shuttles back and fourth. Taxi rides were a bit expensive but better than renting a car and driving yourself. The breakfast is great good variety. The rooms are pretty clean and the hotel staff was... more

The room was nice but there wasn't a fridge. At this point we had been on the road for 9 days and stayed at 7 other hotels and they all had a small fridge. For the money to stay here compared to other places I expected a fridge. The place is setup weird and you have to walk forever to... more

This was the most expensive of the non-fancy airport hotels (ie, not counting Hilton, Sheraton, etc). The manager's reception is good - 2 hours each evening (except Sunday) when you get free beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, plus chips and dips, and popcorn. It's nice to sit out on the patio and watch the sun go down. They pride... more

We stayed here two nights while visiting Vanderbilt University. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The check-in staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with directions. They suggested good places to eat for dinner. The evening reception (complimentary) included two drinks as well as several different kinds of munchies. The hot breakfast both mornings was very good. We would definitely... more

My husband and I stumbled upon this great hotel accidently. We saw it advertised in a coupon book at a TN. rest stop. It was a great find! Situated nicely away from the busy city, but still close enough to the airport. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful overlooking the pool and courtyard. The price... more
