This hotel is nice, and is convenient to restaurants, Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a PC in the lobby for guest use, which is a nice feature. I was, however, charged a $2.19 "SAFE FEE" for the safe in my room that I never used, so check your bill carefully. more

Really pleased with our stay over Labor Day weekend. The room was clean with great space for us. It's not fancy, but it great place to crash at the end of the day. Close to Opryland and Opry Mills, but far enough off the road to be very quiet. Got a great rate through Costco. Highly recommend! more

I have stayed at this Best Western several times. It is a great deal, friendly, COMFORTABLE beds. Spacious rooms with microwaves and fridge, coffee makers. This is my favorite hotel to go a have a leisure getaway. The breakfast bar is delicious. Love the waffles. more

We were very satisfied with the room. It was very clean and it was so nice to have the extra room of a suite.
